Great Customer Service and Products
We had a tight deadline and needed our hand holding with most of the order and Poppy.W was excellent. Everything arrived in good time and exactly as we wanted! Would recommend Total Merchandise, great staff and great product.

Polite, Accurate and Patient
Just had a delivery of pens from Total Merchandise. Poppy S organised the design work for us and was more than happy to help, despite me asking for multiple options to be mocked up. The pens and printing were exactly as described, and they were produced and delivered to us really quickly!

superb customer service and product quality
Jessica was extremely helpful with the whole process. We ordered water bottles as prizes and gifts for our holiday tennis camps and they arrived quickly and the quality is exactly what we had hoped for. The process was easy and the prices were very fair. well recommended.

Excellent prices for our charity and good customer service
As a charity, we’re always keeping an eye out for reasonably priced merch and materials for the programmes we run for young people. We’ve been looking for a merch company who are honest about their prices, who include their VAT in quotes and who make the process as easy as possible. Total merchandise definitely met these criteria and the process was super easy with Poppy S as our point of contact. Would definitely be keen on using their services again thanks to the excellent customer service and well priced merch

Great tea towel order experience
The order of tea towels was very efficiently and politely managed by Poppy S. The only slight hiccup was with the couriers who left the parcel with neighbours and didn't let me know that they had done so. I let Poppy know the next day that no delivery had been received and she resolved the problem. The tea towels were printed and delivered much more quickly than I'd expected.
