Outstanding Service Under a Tight Deadline
We ordered 100 sports water bottles for a charity event and were working to a very tight deadline. Poppy S was very helpful throughout the entire process, ensuring that our order was placed, manufactured and delivered exactly on schedule. The bottles arrived on time and the service was excellent throughout. Highly recommended.

Great Service
Great Service
We've placed an order for 300 Architect rulers with Total Merchandise and was dealing with Amiee who has always been helpful. She turned around our proofs quickly and we were kept informed of progress. We had several changes to the ruler and she was very professional and ensured the new proofs were sent out for our sign off in good time. The items themselves are exactly what we asked for and good quality, and as shown on the artwork. Thankyou for your assistance and we will be placing future orders.

Great for Small Charities
As a very small, volunteer led, local charity the South Cleveland Heart Fund have used Total Merchandise for promotional products for the past few years. For smaller orders such as ours, their costs are very reasonable, their Merchandise Consultants are so helpful - and patient - especially as we do not understand the technical aspects required of the artwork! (Thank you Jessica).The products are of high quality and hence we do repeat orders - so far we have had torch pens, fans, car stickers, bears, car air fresheners, phone stands - all are of excellent quality and delivery is timely. The site is easy to use any queries are answered promptly.

3000 printed tote bags ordered at relatively short notice and delivered ahead of time. This was the second year we've used TM for our College Open Day merch and it's been a faultless experience again. Poppy S (Merch Consultant) was helpful and efficient, ensuring we received delivery of our order in time for the event. Would recommend.

we had a deadline and everything went smoothly with no stress!
we had a deadline for all items and support and communication to help us do this was very good. everything was delivered on time or earlier and all very good quality. would definitely recommend and will be using again. our clients were delighted with their gifts!

Pencil Order
It was easy to place a repeat order for our pencils.
When they arrived they came on the date which was promised and the pencils are of good quality with our name and details embossed on each one.

Efficient Process with Great Customer Support
We ordered a large amount of items and the entire process was handled extremely well from start to finish. Coordination was excellent, from the original quote right through to delivery, and everything was managed very efficiently.
We dealt with Tania Lee, who made the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. There was a small issue with the wrong item arriving due to a miscommunication, but this was handled professionally and promptly. The correct item was sent out and received within a week, which we really appreciated.
Overall, fantastic service and great communication. Highly recommend!
