Really efficient and perfect for our orders as a school

UK made sustainable pencils
Ordered some UK made sustainable wooden pencils with our Darwin Biological logo. Poppy W was really helpful throughout, even liaising with the printer to obtain a better colour match for us. Will definitely be ordering again.

Lois provided an absolutely amazing service. As my account manager, Lois was quick to respond, upheld communication and was very transparent with me around deliverables and timings. Alice and the team were very helpful in getting the merchandise we ordered to us on time. They were very efficient in providing mock ups of what the products would look like and we were very happy with the quality and aesthetic of the branded products received.

Alice has been brilliant!
Alice's customer service on our recent order was brilliant. We was on a tremendous time crunch due to last minute changes in our events schedule, and Alice was able to negotiate a shorter timeframe with her suppliers to ensure delivery in only 4 working days. Alice kept me in the loop of any changes, and what deadlines we had to meet to ensure delivery, and sent through reminders to ensure I met them.
I can't thank Alice enough for her brilliant work and effort in achieving our requests. Thank you, Alice!
