Very happy to be using Total…
Very happy to be using Total Merchandise - I've been ordering merchandise for multiple times, and was always impressed by great quality and event better customer support, when special conditions / timelines need to be met.
Special thanks to Alice Ponting who handled my latest order and have supported me with excellence throughout the whole order to successful delivery process. The products were beyond my expectations.
I know I will come back again to Total Merchandise for many more orders :)

Going the extra mile
We ordered 5,000 pens with custom printing of our company logo. The sales process was smooth, however, when the pens were delivered, the print quality was very slightly blurred. The defect was so slight, we didn't report it, but TM followed up with us as part of their sales process, so we thought we would let them know.
They requested some of the initial order be sent back to them, (at their cost), so they could inspect themselves. They confirmed that the quality was not up to standard, offered a sincere apology, then recommended then offered to replace all 5k, but recommended that we have them engraved, instead of printed. The look great and we will be using TM again in the future, and are more than happy to recommend.

Easy to buy sustainable merch
Alice was super-helpful throughout. I hadn't bought "merch" before and she supported the procurement process making it easy to buy products that will bring the sustainability message right to my customers' pockets!

Saved the Day!
We had an event pending but realised we were significantly short of our branded lanyards. We contacted Total Merchandise and was fortunate enough to speak with Amiee Marwood (Merchandise Consultant). We explained our situation to Aimee, who fully understood our urgency, arranged for a fast printing and delivery order within hours. Aimee also arranged Super Express delivery and we received our branded lanyards wthin two working days in time for our event the following day. Brilliant! Thank you, Aimee for being so helpful and providing such an excellent service.

The calls were answered promptly and I had the pleasure of dealing with Ellie who was helpful and has great product knowledge enabling me to choose the perfect product for our company. I am satisfied with the product quality and delivery timeframe.
The only thing I'd like to improve is the payment process; using a credit card from outside the UK, it shouldn't be that complicated.

We've placed a few orders with Total Merchandise now, and Hannah has always been really helpful. I've always had quick responses from her and have been kept well informed of the order progress. The items themselves have all been of good quality, well printed and as shown on the artwork.

They were able to accommodate everything that was requested.

Made the whole process simple and the results are great
Needed something made up for my cybersecurity company, so we decided to go with branded webcam covers from Total Merchandise. They were just delivered today and look great.
I have to say that Total Merchandise were very helpful from the start, the advice they gave on what image formats to provide and the communication throughout was phenomenal. You can really tell they care about doing a great job. This means for me now they will be my one stop company from branded goods in the future.
