Absolutely delighted with everything
Absolutely delighted with everything. The design process was straightforward, the team were brilliant to deal with, even with my last minute changes. The quality of the custom clothing we received is excellent and our little team is going to look brilliant at the opening ceremony of the international para athletics event we’re attending. Vests, T-shirts, zip hoodies and caps all look fantastic. A fantastic touch is the Scottish Big Bobble hat to round it all off 🏴
Can’t recommend highly enough 🌟

Delivery to Europe takes long
Delivery to Europe takes long, and on top of that you are charged VAT twice!
They charge you with UK VAT for a product they export and you need to pay VAT at import in the EU. The latter is correct, the first definitely not. There is fairly simple e-comm scheme they can apply to avoid this - but they don’t care.
When informed them about this, do don’t reply whatsoever.
To me, it is a bunch of amateurs.

Where's Wally Approves
The Quality Sets the bar - these hats are incredibly warm and of great make.
I was lucky to wear the "Woolly Wally" and dress as "Where's Wally" on the 2023 London Marathon and multiple runs after.
The Woolly Wally made me more identifiable and has helped me every single run dressed as Where's Wally due to kids, parents and everyone else calling me out!
I'll be doing the 3 Peak Challenge this year and I can guarantee the "Woolly Wally" will be doing it with me!

BBH - First class!
Big Bobble Hats is triathlon! The product speaks for itself but can also say the behind the scenes service has been excellent too. From a bespoke commission order of just 20 hats the service from start to finish has been first class. Would absolutely recommend to any club wanting their colours and logo on a BBH.

Addictive
One word can describe a Big Bobble Hat: addictive.
Since about 5 years ago when I first came across one, I can’t stop buying more and more! Started off with “electric shock” and “smarty party” but now there are loads of them in my drawers and I wear them whenever I can. Lately, more and more people on the street wear them and I often get stopped for a wee chat about the “big bobble”.
