I just can’t get enough of their clothes only problem is they sell out so fast which is a disappointment, but nevertheless the collections are so unique and beautiful & well picked out.

I just can’t get enough of their…
I just can’t get enough of their clothes only problem is they sell out so fast which is a disappointment, but nevertheless the collections are so unique and beautiful & well picked out.

Won’t be ordering from Filhaal again!
Dispatch and delivery period took a very long time, almost three weeks!
Very disappointed when the item did finally arrive as it did not look anything like the images online and quality was very poor.
Refund process is long winded and confusing. They require you to email them to request a refund but they take several workings days to respond. They expect you to include the refund form but this is not provided in the package nor attached to their emails or available on their website. Overall, an unpleasant shopping experience with Filhaal

You have to be particular and attend to…
You have to be particular and attend to details, why did you send me without sleeve lining when you sell inclusive? I had to mention and even after that your response was nil, i had to remind, this is highly unsatisfactory. You had the sleeve lining so it should have been sent with the order.

Quick delivery and good value for…
Quick delivery and good value for money. Would have been 5 stars but the suit was a darker shade of pink than the website and I needed pale pink for a wedding. I have already worn it to another function though and ordered another suit for the wedding
