So far ive gotten 4 dresses from the summer collection and the prints are soo unique. The stitching quality and stuff. I hope they maintain it

Dopatta print was missing in places and the poorest customer service . They wouldn’t even response

Honestly, I’m quite disappointed with the quality of the dress. The fabric/stuff is not up to the standard I expected, and the stitching and finishing are also poor, especially considering the price. The dress is much more expensive than what the quality actually justifies. At this price point, I expected much better fabric, stitching, and overall finishing. Unfortunately, the dress is **not worth the price at all**. Very disappointing experience.

All the print is blurred n dispersed i m so so disappointed this is the most pathetic and disgusting purchase.... @kastoorofficial i dont know why they dont send what they show on page with huge marketing and they are claiming k aisy hi hota hai ... even the corners shown in display video is totally different from the one they hv sent in

The dress was 10/10. Excellent stitching. Even better in person.

Very cheap bad quality, I paid 11000 for a dress but dress actually worth is not even 4000, over pricy. Very low fabric material. Never go again on their site , I would never ever recommend to anyone

The order contains one default dress. Boys suit is wrong size. I had ordered for 11-12yrs old boy, but Kastoor sent me size 13-14yrs . This is too big for the boy. Plz send me the correct size and take back the wrong one.

I am a regular customer of kastoor.
But this time the brand has disappointed me.i ordered and paid on line but the product was delivered as COD despite of providing evidence of payment on whats app.the ordered had to be returned and repeated contact on official kastoor whatapp.there is no response.

The outfit arrived on time and well packaged, and I received an email update. However, I am sorely disappointed by the quality. The colours look different from the website images, especially the dupatta. The dupatta is made from a very cheap type of net, and the dupatta border is a different colour than the picture on the website. The overall effect is not the same, and I won’t be buying again

I have tried to contact this shop multiple times through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails, but they have completely ignored my messages and never attempted to contact me.

I purchased clothes from them about a month ago and already paid for the items. I waited patiently for a month expecting my order to be delivered, but they refused to help and claimed that the delivery had already been completed.

When I asked them to provide delivery details or proof of delivery, they disconnected my call and stopped answering. I have tried reaching them through calls, WhatsApp, and emails several times, but there has been no response.

Based on my experience, I believe this shop is involved in fraudulent practices and customers should be very careful before making any purchases from them. They appear to be scammers, and I strongly advise others to verify their credibility before placing any orders.

I ordered men’s kurta a while ago for Bari Eid. Honestly very disappointed with the fabric quality. It was red colour. I understand if it leaves colour for the first wash. But second as well ??

It even left stains on my hands, outside where I left to dry on the floor & inner clothes.

I tried washing the stain off from white inner clothes but it’s not even coming off from bleach. Two of my fabric pieces have gone to waste & I don’t want to use this kurta again.

I reached out to the team on instagram, they did acknowledge which I appreciate but no compensation. It’s a good brand with expensive products. This is not what I would expect.

Absolutely obsessed with this pink gharara suit from Kastoor 💕 The whole outfit just screams elegance without even trying. The fabric quality is honestly so rich and soft, you can feel the luxury the moment you wear it. Nothing feels cheap or overdone — it has that perfect elite vibe that looks super graceful.

The stitching and detailing are sooo neat and clean, every little thing is finished beautifully. The fit falls perfectly and the gharara flare gives such a royal look ✨ The embroidery and work are done with so much finesse, it genuinely looks designer level.

Wore it once and got endless compliments 😭 Definitely one of those outfits that makes you feel dressed up instantly. Kastoor really nailed the classy, feminine look with this one. Worth every penny!

I would give 6 stars if possible! I didn't leave enough time before Eid but wanted the outfits to arrive on time and it did! The team made sure of that and respected my request! The material is high quality and comfortable. I got matching set for our family and the outfits are gorg! Will definitely shop again!

I was really nervous at the beginning when I placed my order for Eid ul fitr. However when my daughters dress arrived I was in awe😍! Absolutely gorgeous outfit and the stitching and fabric is beautiful. I definitely will be placing another order for Big Eid 🤗.
