I ordered the top for my granddaughter so I had to wait a little bit before I reviewed it untill after I’d given it to her. She absolutely loves it and looks gorgeous on her. I was very hesitant because I’ve never dealt with this company. I was so pleased! Delivery was quick and easy. I would highly recommend them.

The 34" inseam pants were 30." What is the point having the options for waist and length sizing when it is so far from being truthful? Having to pay shipping and restocking to return due to company's false advertising is icing on the cake. I don't recommend ordering, as you won't know what you are going to get.

not accurate
i’ve bought jeans from here before and the jean colors are always spot on but this time the colors of jeans I got were no where near the colors that appeared on the website.

There is no communication team as the phone number says to call again later no matter what time of day. And the online chat says all agents are offline no matter what time of day. The one email i have that it has been shipped connects me to a link that say the carrier has not received the package in the past 10 days. How about you leave me a number to to a person that will answer

gorgeous but kinda big
nice top good quality (it's double layered) and super cute. I usually get medium tops (small chest though) and it was very big on me, but a safety pin in the back fixed it. so many compliments

Paid for extra shipping and didnt arrived on time. I asked for a discount on another order and only offered 20% discount on items that were not on sale, which didn’t worked for me because the items i ordered before were indeed on sale. So terrible experience.

Great Support Through a Delivery Issue
I accidentally entered an incomplete delivery address when placing my order, so the issue was my mistake from the beginning.
Unfortunately, the courier was not very helpful, and I had a difficult time getting any assistance from them. However, the Motel Rocks customer support team was very responsive throughout the entire process. Chelsea kept me updated, investigated the situation, contacted the person who received the parcel by mistake, and ultimately arranged a full refund when it was clear I could no longer collect the package.
Although the situation was stressful, I really appreciate the excellent customer service and communication from Motel Rocks. They handled the issue professionally and helped resolve it despite the delivery problems. Thank you for your support!
