The pants seem to be good quality, but they didn’t fit my daughter. Since we can’t return them, we can only exchange them but everything in her size is out of stock. Frustrating.

I placed my order and received an email saying it had shipped, but after 8 days the tracking still says "Waiting for details." It's frustrating because the order is marked as "on its way," but there haven't been any tracking updates. I'm hoping it arrives soon, but the shipping communication has been confusing.

The material of the skirt felt very cheap and for the price I paid, it was not worth it. Felt like costume material. The shirt was also completely see through which also given the price, I expected better quality.

I sent an email yesterday regarding my return. My first return I had put that I wanted to return three out of the four items from my order then my daughter decided she wanted to return the fourth item. I went back into edit and it wouldn’t let me and it was going to charge me an additional seven dollars so I sent an email yesterday asking what should I do and I have not received a response back as of yet and I would like to get these jeans returned as soon as possible to get my credit.

I had ordered a top and a pair of jeans…
I had ordered a top and a pair of jeans and I put in my address and it never said my address was wrong or anything like that. When it was the day of delivery it said insufficient address and was going to return my package to sender and get a refund. I was confused cause my address was correct. I ended up calling and understood that I had to place a new order but when I went to order the same top I had previously ordered, it was out of stock in my size which is upsetting cause I couldn’t get it anymore. The customer service lady was very nice though and send me a discount code I could use for 20% off for my new purchase

Super cute!
