Ordered two items ($132) from their web site. Never received the items or a refund (requested one). Multiple unanswered phone calls and emails.

Didn't get right order ..paid 17pound for a wrap and burger..never got chips wedges causes or poo...food cold..never again

i ordered back in November of 2023 and is currently March of 2024 still no update on my items i bought tried contacting them about my order and still nothing they took $500 from me and can't get ahold of anyone.
I don't understand how they still have a website that is current and say products are still in stock. Guess i should of read reviews before ordering.

I've had a BDU Membership for about 5 years have ordered from them a bunch the past few orders have been slower and slower with 3 of them being canceled after 4 months and 2 never shipped to FFL refunded because of the ATF. I decided to give them one last shot after their Bankruptcy, everything was in stock. It's been a month with no update, called and left several voicemails and several emails. Funny I canceled my membership by email but they won't tell me anything about my order or how to get a refund, go figure. Will never do business with again. They will likely file another BK soon and close doors for good

ordered several item in Jan 2023, never received, I kept getting the same excuse about warehouse staffing issues. After five months they stopped answering phone wont reply to emails. When I tried to go through credit card company and filed a fraud case it was outside the time to get my money back which was about $800 worth of merchandise.

They charged me $99.00 for an annual membership and billed me an additional $49.00 bi annual payment. I placed two orders, both "in stock", one rifle scope and an EOTECH holographic sight. After numerous email attempts to communicate with them I finally gave up and had my CC company reverse the charges. I have purchased many items from BDU over the past few years, I don't know what has happened to them? What blows my mind is that I am still getting promotional emails from them. Word needs to get out, avoid, delete take your business somewhere it will be appreciated

I ordered in May 2023 and have attempted to contact BDU at least a dozen times via phone, online contact form, and email, and I have received zero responses regarding my order, which still has not shipped, and order status still says "pending shipment." However, they have emailed me a few times asking me to update my credit card info for my monthly membership.

I ordered 12 items July 31 2023.. It is now September 20th and Nothing has shipped. I have emailed support 16 times and they no longer answer the phones and the automated message says to email support. They must be getting ready to file Chapter 11 since they are not shipping anyones items and they have not responded to anyones emails in months. Go read the reviews on their BBB page. People are furious that they have spent thousands over the past 3-5 months and not a single person has received their purchased items.
Since their customer support does not respond, you can not cancel your order OR your membership and you can not get a refund.
Everyone needs to report them and file claims on the BBB website.

i give them a 0 for a review. i ordered back in Feb 2023 and after a month i called them up because i still never received my products and they took the money from my bank account with no problem, the guy i talked to said that it was on back order, when their website said in stock, and that they just got some in and will be filling my order and sending it out. well now that it is Oct 2023 i still haven't received anything and no one will answer the phones or answer my emails nothing. this company is a fraud. i just want my money back and order from a real company that will send me what i order. do not order from this place.

I was just about to order a nightdress and gown from this company Big Daddy but decided to read the reviews first THANK YOU TRUST PILOT you have just saved me a lot of bother.
I would advise other customers who have been scammed to get in touch with your bank to see if they can get your money back for you.

They stole thousands of dollars from me and are now ghosting me. I ordered NVG from them in October hoping to have them to give for Christmas. By May I still did not have them. I canceled the order then, which they promised to give me a full refund for in 5-10 days and have still not received it months later. I’ve called three times about it now and they promised to call back each time which has never happened. Will not be ordering from them again. Not worth the hassle.

After they responded to my google review I reached out AGAIN and still have not heard anything. It has now been 9 months since I originally ordered and 3 months since they promised to refund me.

I placed an online order May 27th for an in stock item. As of today, July 21, still shows pending shipment. Multiple call and email attempts get no response!

Actual rating should be ZERO stars. I canceled an order month ago and still no refund. I have emailed them many times, emailed the support email many times, sent a snail mail letter, and left many messages, but have had no response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON A MEMBERSHIP!

I’ve ordered red dot on 6 of June, it’s more than month , and it’s still pending shipment.
And 3 emails to them remains unanswered.
Asked my bank for chargeback, waiting for result, hope I’ll get my money back

After 4 months , still no goods or refund!! Now no one answers my repeated calls .Are these guys still in business ,they keep sending out ads. I finally contacted my credit card company ,I suggest you all do the same.I would rate Big Daddy (big Fraud) a - O ( below zero)

I would give them a zero if it was an option! This company is bankrupt, literally bankrupt.. they are still advertising 5 to 7 day shipping. They don't have the merchandise they are selling, manufacturers are not selling to them and they are continuing to lie and take money from customers. Get your money back while you can! My last order was almost 4 months with no updates and nothing shipped. At the time of purchase everything was in stock and customer service will give you the prepared excuse, that is a lie!! There are to many good companies to buy from to deal with this corrupt company. Save yourself a huge headache.

It has been almost 4 months and I have not received my items. Customer service is nice but they just say the same thing every time I call…. the warehouse is backed up on orders. I can understand being backed up, but this is excessive and not worth it.

This company tells you that the items are in stock and ready to ship but then you get an email telling you that there are shipping delays, after further research, their warehouse (they only have one) has been non functioning for the past 7 months. you WILL NOT get your order within 1 week, 1 month, you'l have to wait at least 3-6 months to receive anything ordered from big daddy unlimited. Beware buyer

Rude CS, incompetent CS, excessive wait times, terrible website etc. Why pay for a membership to get "member prices" when they treat you like crap?

They also can't be bothered to actually make any of the listings accurate.
