Terrible customer service for my first order today. I ordered an item, paid extra for next day delivery as stated on the main website. Then got an email stating that it won’t come tomorrow, it will be Saturday. I phoned an spoke to a lady called Kim who was unhelpful, unsympathetic and downright rude.
I need the item tomorrow, that’s why I paid for express delivery. She would not cancel the order, and did not consider offering any options such as contacting the courier and seeing if they could expedite a speedier delivery.
The only option she gave me was to not accept the item and it will then be returned to the store. When this happens I will get a refund minus the postage, and she also refused to give a time frame for this.
She then hung up.
I checked the website and called back a second time. I quoted the website to her and asked to speak to a manager. She said no one was available and refused to give me the name of her line manager in order to contact them.
She then hung up, a second time.

I really did not expect to be treated so unprofessionally and poorly. Your member of staff was rude and abrupt from the outset.

Based on this experience I will not be buying anything from here again.

I bought the Redwood Mansion Wooden Playhouse for £350, it is very poor quality. The doors and Windows warped, so started banging in the wind and a hole came in the roof. The company did their best with replacements but the quality is just not up to scratch. I invested for it to last years and has only lasted a year. They will not refund even though the issues were raised in the warranty period.

I could not order online, so I ordered by phone. The lady who took the order was very patient and it all worked out perfectly. The parcel was received from the UK to Germany within 2 days. Wow that is excellent. Any time again.

Fast delivery, item did have a fault, but they were very quick to respond and send a replacement. The slide I ordered was good quality, easy to put up & my granddaughter loves it.

Super easy to order and delivery was fast. I was told delivery was delayed by DHL which was annoying, but a few minutes after speaking to BGH customer service (lovely girl on the phone) it arrived. Really easy to put up the evermeadow playhouse, but by also having to purchase the floor it comes to £149 plus delivery there’s better playhouses out there for he same price. Roof isn’t felted either. I added a cheap cricket ball to my order as it was cheaper than paying £5 delivery.

I was amazed by how quickly the wigwam arrived (next day). We are really happy with it: it has mainly natural materials (wood poles and cotton canvas, just with small plastic connectors for the two halves of the poles). We have stowed it in a room rather than dismantling it: it doesn't take up much room and can easily be brought downstairs and re-erected when our grandson visits. Our son is tall (6 ft) and could easily sit inside the wigwam to play hide and seek with his son.

Fabulous service after I had a small problem with a product the customer service team were excellent in sorting a replacement very quickly for me, this is my go to shop for all our sports needs.

The website is good, easy to navigate. Ordering was simple including the difference between billing and delivery addresses. The delivery process was notified regularly by text and the advised one hour delivery slot was accurate. The items ordered were exactly as described on the website and of very good quality. I am more than happy with the service and goods supplied by Big Game Hunters.
