Trampoline cover way too small! Supposed to fit a 12 ft trampoline but too small. Should have been advertised as a 8 ft cover. I purchased the cover via debit card with my full name not by Molls which I use for Trust pilot. My Trampoline was quite new when I purchased this cover & definitely a 12ft Trampoline I also measured it before purchasing the cover. I'd recommend buying a larger size up so you are not trying to get one this size to fit - as it won't. I have to use two taupaulins with it secured with bricks around the edges during windy weather. A reasonable cover but such a shame it's too small.

Great product, but more importantly was cheaper and quicker than ordering via Amazon

Similar experience to Russell below. We bought a trampoline just over 2 years ago - very expensive!! - but thought it would last our kids for many years.
They now do not stock this trampoline now - was their own make so no-one else supplies it now either - and cannot supply a new net for it.
Soon we will have to dismantle it as will be unsafe to use it without a safety net and I can't find anywhere on line to provide me with a new one for it.
Very disappointed as this is a serious safety issue.

Helpful resolving an issue with a product fault that they sent out a spare part under the warranty. Good communication and it was posted within a couple of working days, thank you.

How can a company sell an £800 trampoline and a couple of years later not carry spare parts for it!!!

I ordered a chess set in February which took over 3 weeks to arrive. When it did arrive I only received an empty cardboard box. I emailed them 5 days ago to ask for someone to resend it to me and have been ignored.

Ordered some cricket balls over a week ago paid for the delivery as well still no news or email from the store for the same . It’s an absolute disappointment.
Though the prices are cheap .... looks like they are using a cheap mode of delivery services.

Fast delivery. These Trampoline anchors were used to anchor a swing.
Did the job fine, although some instructions on how to thread the tape through the clasps would be helpful.

I couldn’t rate anything other than 5*, the quality of the product was fantastic and easy to put together. The service of Big Game Hunters was also 5*. I raised a query with customer service which was answered and resolved within less than an hour and also the product arrived with me within 48 hours of ordering. My little boy loves the house I am so pleased I ordered. I would certainly use this company again.

I bought the redwood mansion playhouse for my daughters birthday. I also purchased the floor which brought the total to over £400.

Within a few days the house was absolutely saturated inside from the rain with pools of water and the door had warped. When I spoke to Big Game Hunters on the phone they refused to listen to my concerns stating “the playhouses are not waterproof and will leak, you need to get the roof felted.” The water isn’t just coming in from the roof, it’s also coming through the huge gaps in the window, again something they refused to listen to.

No where on their website does it state that the playhouse is not fit for outdoor use. On getting a quote of £300 to have the roof felted (something I cannot afford) I am now left with a playhouse and a floor which will gradually rot and will be no good.

I asked for a refund and they refused just sending a new door panel instead.

I’m extremely frustrated and upset that my daughters main birthday present is no good and that they’re selling playhouses that are not fit for outdoor use.

I will be taking the matter to the small claims court but would definitely warn others not to trust this company!

I bought these for my home wall, which is overhanging, They are quite small (since they're made for kids), and provide a good challenge for me, and they make great footholds for all abilities.

Delivery was quick too.

Very quick and efficient delivery. Hoop itself is really well made and feels very solid.
Final stages of assembly a little tricky and would benefit from more detailed instructions.

Excellent sandpit order and arrived quickly. Its wooden and a knot in an unfortunate place lead to a crack after a couple of uses, but this was sorted quickly with no questions asked when I raised it. Spare part arrived within 48 hours. Thanks!

I ordered Carrom board from Big Game Hunters, order delivered on time without any damages. Children are playing two hours everyday with it. Very timely and useful purchase during lockdown. None of the shops or websites had stock of it, while only big game hunters had them stock.
