Big Game Hunters Avis 

Bought a basketball for my kid as Christmas present. Received a ball on 24th of December. It was poor quality (deflated the next day- never has such problem with any of balls I bought elsewhere previously).
Sent an e-mail and explained the issue- it is a month now having a conversation via e-mail. Problem wasn't been solved. On my question can we have a refund was told to inflate the ball. Was asked to send the a video if inflated ball for specialist to look at it. Now was told to send it back, so specialist can closely inspect it.
Should I have to have such issue for a £40 ball?

I ordered my product just a few days before Christmas but it was still delivered to me before the big day. Very quick and efficient service.

Had to self isolate so wanted sandpit as emergency toddler entertainment! Called up about my order and delivery was expedited so it came next day - top marks for customer service! Assembly was very straightforward although the mesh that you fix to the base could be slightly more generous in proportions. Err on the side of more sand too as it can hold a lot (which for us is a good thing!). It comes with a tarpaulin fitted cover but in heavy rain it will sag and pull leaving corners of the sand exposed to rain and animals, and I have been pinning in place with some bricks as it seems like it could lift in higher winds too. Item could be improved by a timber frame for the cover as then it would hold in place - would have been willing to pay a bit more for this. This is a minor niggle though - overall the company were great to deal with, the product is really good and it's had hours and hours of use. Really happy!

Great VFM for carrom boards. Synco green board did not explain that carrom men were included (maybe they were added by mistake - so I have extra set !). Delivery service speed and info good.

Great services, my orders were delivered on time. Bought a 10 feet trampoline padding and a Jumbo Connect Four Game. The game was a terrific size and we first used it at our 9yrs son birthday party. it was great fun for the kids because of its size.

Having previously ordered the wigwam and had great service I have just received the flooring piece for the wigwam which was despatched straight away and arrived sooner than expected even in these difficult times.

I bought these balls for my daughters' dogs to play with. They haven't visited yet so haven't had a chance to. I'm sure they will when they do.
