First class service is exactly what it says on the box it turned up within 2 days of placing the order

Ordered a playhouse and organised for a third party to put it up for us. On inspecting the finished product I found that some of the panels were damaged, with the third party stating it was that way when they opened the box. Got in touch with Big Game Hunters & sent them pictures of the damaged pieces, they were very apologetic and quickly sent us replacements.

Very impressed with the level of service, will definitely use them again.

Nothing special when it comes to quality, and expensive for what it is; a dozen pieces of wood screwed together.
That said, it is an essential purchase if you have a cat. I have ‘gone through’ three of the plastic rain covers due to the cat sitting on it or trying to get under it and over time, has managed to break the pull-ties that hold these in place. The rain cover now sits over these and the cat can no longer get in. Not only that, it stops the neighbours cat from thinking it’s a huge litter tray...

The Cafè/shop we purchased from Big Game Hunters was brilliant and of excellent quality. Delivery was fast, even during the lockdown.

Despite the challenges of the Coronavirus Big Game Hunters managed to get a delivery of a bucket of tennis balls to me in a couple of days. This was about a week faster than a well known South American river could manage. Well done, great prices and service.

Lovely design, good quality wood, simple to put together. I just think for the price, you could have added a wooden floor piece. The piece of fabric for the bottom just feels a little cheap and unfinished.

After three weeks of being let down repeatedly by a well-known national sports retailer, I cancelled my order and turned to Big Game Hunters instead. I'd never heard of them before, but their website appeared to have a suitable item in stock. I ordered a basketball hoop on Thursday for delivery Monday. Instead, it turned up two days early (Saturday afternoon) - very happy with that.
