Great and quick service. Will use it again

Bought and worked for a short time. Got a error stating it was unlicnsed and unauthorized. Contacted customer support through Text and email with no reply. Asked my credit card company to refund. Month later, Big Home contacted me about my complaint. To little, to late. Terrible!!! Do not Buy from Them!!!!

My license was revoked later in the year after filing as BHT didn't pay their bill or something per Intuit. I have tried several times for them to reissue a valid one in which their BOT says "were sorry but we escalated to priority and I should receive a new one by end of day." That was over a month ago. I needed to review last years taxes

It is not a legit site. The receipt came in a random person's name and they flash the product key code in one screen and you have to make sure you have it. I installed the software and it stopped working. The product code is not legit.

Do not recommend you buy from this site at all.

"Hit a snag" when I tried to buy another state. Called Intuit and including hold time it was 1 hour 50 minutes. They eventually told me the license had been cancelled. They gave me a discount to buy another license from them.

BE AWARE

This company appears to use the same license number for multiple customers. As a result, if you try to activate the software again in the future or install it on another computer, it may not work. You could end up having to purchase the product again.

It’s safer to buy from a verified or authorized retailer. The advertised product is not what is actually delivered. I purchased multiple products with licenses and now have to repurchase them, which is extremely frustrating. Selling a product without providing the full services and benefits promised is an unethical business practice.

The license code will not work & trying to get a hold of Big Home Tax to get a new one is horrible. Do not buy from Big Home Tax just to save $10.00. Worse mistake of my life. Buy from a repertory company so you don't have any issues. This place shouldn't be in business as far as I'm concerned.

Never buy TurboTax from this scammer: they sell 1 set of TurboTax to 4-5 customers, it's why when you need to install in new computer the activation code will not work, unlike TurboTax purchased from Intuit, Amazon, Costco, etc. that allows to install in 5 computers. The activation code worked 1st time, then my computer crushed. 2nd time when I installed in my 2nd very old computer the code didn't work though they gave me new code, This year I wanted to install this 2024 TurboTax in my new computer, both previous codes didn't work, and they never provided another code, simply stopped responding to my requests

I have used Big Home Tax to purchase both Turbo Tax Premier and Turbo Tax Business desktop for the past few years. They have the lowest price for these products and the download and activation is easy.

Received a TurboTax activation code from Big Home Tax that had already been redeemed and they would not refund my order. Do not purchase from this vendor.

Order software from BigHome Tax a few times. No issue with the download and works as it should. It also save the downloads in your account so you can go back to it if you need. I would use it again!

They are scammers. They resell the same license multiple times. I purchased turbo tax home and business and installed it on my windows computer. My windows computer died and I needed to reinstall it on my new pc. Message came back that it wasn’t registered to me. I contacted intuit they said it was registered to someone with a Mac pc and it wasn’t me. Intuit showed I at one time had the license but the license was cancelled. Big home tax obviously cancelled the license on resold it. Stay clear of them. I wouldn’t have known any different had I not needed to reinstall on my new pc. Contacting intuit verified what they are doing.

After trying to register second License, the License Key had been cancelled. Never buy anything from them!

big home tax is not a reseller for turbo tax in fact turbo tax has identified them as a fraudulent company and are actively canceling any license codes that are issued by them. this happened for my 2024 and 2025 codes within a few weeks. yes my 2024 code lasted for 11 months until i tried to use my 2025 code

The emailed software download key worked well.

I’ve been purchasing TurboTax from this company for a couple of years because the price is very competitive—significantly less expensive than retail. In my first year, I had an issue with the license key not working after switching to a new computer. Customer service was very responsive, quickly provided a new key, and I was able to successfully file my return.

The second year, however, I experienced a major issue with eFiling my state return. Although I was able to prepare the return, I could not eFile it with my state. I contacted both BHT and Intuit TT, but neither company was able to resolve the problem. I ultimately had to print and mail my state return, which was time-consuming, stressful, and frustrating.

Overall, the pricing is excellent, and customer support can be responsive, but the unresolved eFile issue was a significant drawback for me.

This company is a SCAM!!! Do not do business with them. I have contacted them about 25 times and each time they send a response that a supervisor will get in touch with me immediately but I never hear back from them. And, you cannot talk to anyone at the company. They only respond by text. WORST COMPANY EVER!
