Big Home Tax Avis 

THIS IS A SCAM SITE SELLING USED LICENSES FOR SOFTWARE! I purchased a personal tax program as well as a business tax program at the same time. Both licenses popped a code 605 while trying to activate and said they were invalid. I contacted the company through their "text" helpline and was provided with two different codes. Both of those showed invalid as well when trying to activate. I was given a 3rd set of activation keys which also failed. Stay away.

I received my Turbotax 2024 activation code. It worked smooth. I filed my taxes and they are marked as received by the IRS. Turbotax also sent me a confirmation email.

SCAM ALERT - They will sell you a valid license key that they later cancel/revoke, rendering your keys invalid. I am unable to transfer TurboTax 2024 to my new PC even though I have 4 of 5 licenses available because they pulled this scam on me. If you read the reviews, it's clear that they doing this to a lot of people.

Thankfully I was able to get my taxes filed before they pulled this stunt, however if I need to open up that return for any reason, I'll have to buy another license due to this SCAM.

The licenses number they gave me for TurboTax did not work. They promise to respond to customer service request with in the hour and that is also not true. I've left messages using text, Facebook and email and have gotten to no assistance. Buyer beware, or you'll end up like me, paying for a product that is completely useable. Now I will more than likely have to buy TurboTax again and I feel stupid about that.

I purchased TurboTax 2023 and 2024 from these scammers. They sent license keys that worked initially, but when I needed to move TurboTax to a new computer the license keys did not work anymore. I called Intuit and they said the license keys were paid for with stolen credit cards and were now inactivated. Intuit said that usually the license keys Big Home Tax gives out are valid license keys, but as Intuit figures out which license keys have been stolen they inactivate the keys. Usually a customer will not notice until a later time when they try to e-file or move the software to a different computer. This is why there are so many reviews on this site citing problems with e-filing. DO NOT BUY ANY SOFTWARE FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Simply put .. the process was clear , easy fast and the price paid was great compared to other providers

I have used Big Home Tax 2 years in a row and I have received download info and license info immediately with no problems. I will use them again and recommend to anyone.

They are a SCAM. I bought my TurboTax software from them; and it did work initially. When I had problems and couldn't reinstall it (i.e. invalid activation code error), I contacted TurboTax support. I was told by TurboTax support that BigHome Tax is NOT an authorized seller of their software. As such Intuit does not warranty the product if you buy it from them. In my case, when I initially downloaded the software for my Windows PC, it worked fine. When I tried to reinstall it, I was mysteriously licensed for the MAC version of the program. I don't own a MAC and never have. Although I can't prove it, it appears they resold my license number to someone else who has a MAC. NEVER buy from them ... Total scammer.

TurboTax Deluxe 2024 was easy to order and easy to download. Everything went off without a hitch, including e-filing. (Now, if they can just do something about the tax I needed to pay in...)
I would be happy to order again from this vendor.

This is the same TurboTax Home & Business I formerly purchased as a CD. Installation was easy, no problems at all, just as it was with the CD. I would have rated as a 5 star, however they billed my credit card as "BIMOSERVICE" located in Singapore, so at first I though it was just another credit card fraud, which caused unneeded stress. They should use their own name for billing, why use another name that can make the charge suspect?
