Purchasing and downloading the Individual 1040 was a little tricky. Took a couple of phone calls. But then fine. I finished the Federal portion. However when I got to the state download it was unsuccessful. There was no possibility of it linking to the State download. It stalled over and over. I spent days texting with BigHome who very kindly gave me a new license, and referred me to intuit to complete removing and replacing the software. Then I spent well over 2 hours with Intuit who so very kindly finally downloaded and linked a state portion of the program and I completed the state returns. However, after finishing the state returns, the state return would not efile. I had to print and snail mail the returns for my family. Not fun. After reviewing community comments on Intuit, I learned that many people as early as 2021 had exactly the same problem.

Very good customer service and the code works i don't have any complaints about it

The TurboTax product key number given didn't work. I called the customer service number 1-714-258-6355 on Sunday (4/13/2025), and the automatic response says the number is windthrown. Therefore, I thought this was a fraud seller and had to purchase TurboTax from other retailer (Amazon).

I purchased TurboTax through them, and it worked for a few days. Then it stopped working. I was getting a generic error when trying to pay for e-filing and some googling showed that the probable reason was invalid license. So I called TurboTax, and they confirmed that my license had been cancelled. They didn't say why. I contacted BigHomeTax, and they gave me another TurboTax license code that worked, and I was able to file my taxes. But I would not buy from this company again. The discount I got (compared to TurboTax's price on the official website) is not worth my wasted time and nerves. Also, imagine if this happened very close to the deadline. Nah, I don't need to save $20 to have these issues.

I purchased TurboTax Premier in order to do 4 individual returns, one of which was for 2 states. The license let me efile the first State return but after that it was always “Hmm. We have hit a snag.” Each time I wanted to efile a state return, I would have to write and literally beg them for another license code. Then the efile would work. Yesterday I finished the 4th return and of course it wouldn’t efile the state return. I wrote asking for another license code and they have not responded even though I have followed up with more emails. It was a complex return and luckily it let me efile Federal. But it looks like I’m going to have to print the State return. You get what you pay for! I will not do business with this company again.

Scam. Can't e-file with this Turbotax. Stay away. The license key you'll get will be canceled. You'll be stuck. STAY AWAY. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BIG HOME TAX.

Complete SCAM, do NOT buy from these folks. Even if the serial number they give you allows you to install the program, you won't be able to download states, e-file, etc. Intuit is aware of them and says they are NOT authorized to sell any Intuit products.

I was unable to complete the download, due to an error message. I was unable to contact anyone with Big Home Tax, concerning the problem, and the license key was never entered. Efforts to request a refund have been unsuccessful, due to communications issues with Big Home Tax.

Great experience fast and easy

They are a scam! I purchased TurboTax Premier from them and was able to download and activate the software. HOWEVER, after spending hours completing my tax return, it wouldn't go through when I tried to file. I called TurboTax and was told that my license had been cancelled and a refund was issued—Stay away!

I purchased a tax software online, the transaction was quick and simple. I immediately received the activation code and the download link for both platforms Windows and iOS unlike other merchants. Price was very competitive.

My computer crashed just before Tax Day.lost my program on INTUIT. CONTACTED SUPPORT AND THEY PROMPTLY SENT ME ANOTHER PRODUCT KEY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. WHAT GREAT SERVICE!!!

As advertised, the software was easily downloaded and the license was given within minutes of payment being accepted. Easy and secure transaction. Highly recommended.

Tax Software does not allow efile or printing. Not sure if software is a counterfeit or not. Could not contact company, says 'number I have dialed has been canceled' when I called for assistance with problem. Had to spend more money to get another Turbotax from another vendor at the last minute. Texted and no response for hours. Refused money back. I think these people are scammers - will report them. Do not order software from them, appears not to be legit. Terrible customer service for a failed product. BEWARE!!!!

License code expired so although I can use the software to print and mail out taxes, I can't efile at all! I tried calling it says the phone is disconnected now too!!!

I have purchased Turbotax Deluxe for Mac from Big Home tax the past two years and have had no issues with the software or the federal e-filings.

Purchased TTax Premier and received download link. After installing software would not run and return the same crash/error every time even after uninstalling and installing again. I reached out via txt and asked for help but seller was not helpful and when asked for refund I was told license was used??
How if I could not get the software to run and I couldn’t get to activation window.
Spent over an hour with intuit over the phone and they couldn’t fix the issue.
$70 and no software to use
I would not buy again…..
