I found out about Big Home a few years ago, after always purchasing from Costco, which always had the best price, so I was a little lury. Tried them, and everything worked out. Been using them 2 years now for Turbo Tax Program. No issues, would highly recommend

I ordered H & R Block software in…
I ordered H & R Block software in November 2024 and all seemed ok, but when I tried to e file in April, 2025, H & R Block software gave me an error message that all five of my e filings were used up. Since this was my first e filing, this pointed duplicate sales of the same licensed software by Big Home Tax. I wrote to them , but have not heard back from them. I think that I got scammed.

Lack of communication
Activation code for Turbo Tax was invalid. I sent an email and received no response. They do not talk to you on the phone - messages only. I have no cell phone and no time to wait (April 15 is less than a week away).

I will probably use this company again…
I will probably use this company again next year to get a 'discounted price' on my TurboTax software. I've used TurboTax for about 20 years now so I'm familiar with it. You get the exact same program, but don't pay as much because there is no actual disc. I had immediate access to the program, no issues with the download or activation code. I am so satisfied that I will recommend this company to others (if they ask me where I got my software!)

2nd year using this company. 1st year I had to text the company for new activation code. They replied within minutes. I have no problem this year. I would buy from them again next year since their price is the cheapest.
