A honest and truthful review on how they came across and how the process felt and the people I came across.

More of a bike shop of the 80s than a shiny showroom (not a criticism) I call it a proper bike shop if you know you know

His female colleague (apologies for not knowing your name) lovely person helpful and easy to talk with 👏🏻👏🏻 She ran through a bike my partner was very interested in (potential customer ) but while asking a question at the desks the team leader came across as rude and disrespectful to a point my partner had to leave to sit in her car to chill she was was very upset
I politely pointed out his failing’s and how customers may interrupt what he had said and the way he’d said it
He did apologise to my partner but sort of cancelled his apology by then saying he thought he was right etc at the end 👎🏻
Once again rude and uncalled for but afterwards we had a lovely talk with the lady on end of desks Thanks
My handover was 1000mph there you go it’s yours Come back and buy another (Team leader)

Customers are looking forward to this day and a enjoyable experience in a calm fashion
It’s a luxury item in the world we live in these days
The way customers are treated says so much about the company It needs to be 100% or close or negative reviews will follow
To be honest it took some of the joy out of my collection and experience

Have a honest price for the motorcycle, communication was good. The do subcontract the delivery and collection not another 3rd party so timing is not always accurate, but otherwise would recommend as other companies offered me less.

Seen a bike I wanted and to put mine in part ex this process was fairly good and easy. They said that the admin fee of £199 would be wavered but on checking invoice it appeared that the delivery charge quoted at £199 had been changed to £299 so in theory admin fee still charged. Delivery time states upto 4 days finance paid out and deposit paid its now 4 days since finalised but no phone call regarding delivery. They use SOS motorbike delivery so in theory my bike should have been here today that's the 4days up. No bike shown or even a reply to emails or phone call I sent. SOS contacted they confirmed they have the bike but it could be 7 days before delivery 7 😬... And charged more than the advertised cost for delivery not very happy at all Scotland this weekend will have to be missed because of this issue. Definitely would not deal with them again.

Having to sell my motorbike sadly due to health reasons.
Bigmoto gave a good honest quote, and the selling process was quick and easy. Money transfer and V5 change very quick. I can also praise the motorbike collection company, who were very courteous and helpful. I would certainly recommend Bigmoto.

Went down to the Macclesfield branch to see a Kawasaki Vulcan S I was interested in. Claire showed me the bike and talked me through its parts. She was was helpful and clear with the purchasing process at the site. Once I'd bought it, the bike came quickly and in good condition! Really straight forward and easy

Spoke to tom on the phone was straightforward about the bike and how the process works made it quick and easy to get my new bike

Both the price offered and collection experionce met my expectations and my only recomendation is be honest to avoid any dissapointment.

Tom was great from the start, knew the process and was polite and joyful in his job!

Would have appreciated another £200 but in no real position to negotiate.. sure most would say the same or similar..but..both on buying and selling I can only say I found Bigmoto to be helpful.. professional.. courteous..and SOS del and collection services on Thier behalf just as good.

Very easy to purchase a motorcycle, will leave a 2nd review once i have received it.
