Great company. Ordered to the wrong address by mistake and send them an email. They changed the address for me before dispatch. Item is great quality better than the pictures. Would recommend them great customer service and products.

Having bought from Bijou before decided to buy another bracelet for my wifes birthday. Finding a Bracelet was easy as the site is easy to navigate. Check out was easy as well. I did leave buying the bracelet a bit late so emailed them and they said it would arrive the day before i needed it. When the Bracelet it arrived it was absolutely beautiful and my wife loved it. Quality was very high as per normal. Would definitely recommend Bijou

Bought a beautiful ring from this website.
Unfortunately the stone fell within days and had to return.
Be aware they don't have customer services chat or a telephone number to contact.
To be fair they were really helpful through the emails, sent me a return label and a refund within days.

I bought an item but it broke due to being of poor quality. I tried returning it by emailing them to no response. I then opened a ticket with them to no response. Only once I filed a chargeback request with my debit card company did they finally email me. Avoid!!

Had a good breakfast there today was lovely, staff amazing but the slate plates were not really suitable for our food eggs and beans fell off the edge. Really need proper plates for certain items on the menu.

Did not reply to email re item. Shipping and Return policy (have to pay for shipping and return). Shop around more I’m sure you can find the same product for cheaper and with free delivery. I should have. Now the £49 ring I bought that I’m not keeping has cost me over £10! I do hope they process my return and refund promptly!

I requested could it arrive before a certain date and it arrived on the day of our Wedding Anniversary. Thank you for that it made my wife's day to receive such a beautiful gift. The earrings were beautiful and well made. They came in a beautiful box with a lovely gift bag. They were a graduation gift for my daughter so she will love them. We both miss the Bijou jewellery stand that used to be in our Mall.
