Really good service, from the initial rental of the bike box. Kept informed all steps along the way. Only choice now is to buy a Velovault2 or rent again!

The hire experience was good (though the box itself was very heavy and not easy to wheel around an airport - I've now bought an Evoc Pro bag instead, which is much lighter and also has a different wheel design; you lift the bag at the front and it runs smoothly on its rear wheels, though it has a front wheel too if pushing is your thing), but they refused to honour the advertised £50 discount off a box purchase following a hire. They said they'd cancelled the offer owing to rising manufacturing costs. Two months later, the web site is still offering the discount. I bought something else instead, and am glad that I did.
