Poor quality product/ materials in reality. You get what you pay for. So when paying more, it gets you a better quality product....FACT. These may be suitable if sticking on, but if drilling through them then don't bother they're super brittle materials. Pointless complaining in honesty, is what it is and I dont want another one either.

I ordered 3d gel hi line. And got normal normal high line. It’s a glitch on the site you add 3 d high line and it goes thru as standard high line try it out yourself. And the company refused to help me

I ordered a new plate with express delivery and emailed customer service to tell them about my situation. They were incredibly kind and understanding, and they managed to ship my plate the same day. My plate arrived the day after I ordered it and my bike is back on the road thanks to them!

Very easy to design my plate and to see it accurately displayed on screen before purchasing. Very efficient and quick manufacture and delivery. Definitely the best place to go to for Bike plates. (I had looked at several other plate websites but the display of the plates didn't fill me with any confidence at all)

Five stars missed only as fitting kit could be improved. The yellow fixing bolts are more orange than yellow and do not match the yellow of the plate.

Being a bike plate company I was a little surprised that they sent a car plate fitting kit (at extra cost) with the order. I notified them and they then sent a further two car plate fitting kits. These are totally useless and cannot be used to fit a bike number plate. I have since contacted them several times to get this resolved and have not received a reply.

To compound this I am now getting emails from another number plate company who they have given my details too.

the website said order before 2pm for same day, and the extra £ for express delivery! This a why I used the company! Anyhow I should have ordered one at halfords as they use Evri which are anything but express!
Long story sold my motorcycle with the plate and now have one I don’t need

Ordered a plate at 1:30pm so before the stated cut off time of 2pm stated on their site and paid extra for express delivery only for the plate to be dispatched the the day after meaning it was late being delivered to myself! I did contact them about the late delivery only to be told priority delivery (£9.99 can take up to 3 days!) Add to that it was missing the black border as per my order I it makes it a very expensive mistake on my part trusting Bike Plates Direct with my cash.
