Bike was packaged with extreme care. I was prepared to assemble with all my tools, but it came with everything needed. The thru-axles had everything lined up perfectly on the fork, and the derailleur came perfectly aligned and in tune out of the box. The included dropper post was a huge plus. The included platform pedals were fine, but we upgraded to some quality aluminum ones. Other than that, the only thing to note is that this model does not have a KSA mount. Don’t need one for when he hits the trails, but wanted him to have something for around the neighborhood. Bought a Rockbros clamp on kickstand and used some rubber to protect the frame. That one slams a little harder than I would like, so going to try one of the Pletschers next.

Super happy with the bike. Will be ordering another when little sister gets to that age in the next couple of years.

Ordered a full face bike helmet and then a couple small $ items to get the free shipping. Didn’t see a tracking number for a couple weeks so reached out and they said they were doing inventory. The order finally shipped after a month but by then the helmet was out of stock so I only received the 2 items I didn’t really want. Would not order from again.

Few minor, not great things - delivery was scheduled a bit ahead of time of initial estimate, but eventually it’s been delayed for more than a week with no communication from delivery company… given the price of package and that it requires signature - I couldn’t plan properly several of my days.
Another thing - even though the bikesonline provide assembly instructions, unless you have extremely generic bike, there is a chance those will be not applicable. However, in my case I didn’t care much given it’s mostly pre assembled and remaining steps are easy to figure out on your own.

4 years ago, I purchased the D7 and fell in love with the bike and its capabilities. Recently I had discovered that the top tup had a crack. I thought that was the end of my bike. Since I was pleased with my experience, I wanted to try the T8. I reached out to Bikes Online to see if I could get some sort of loyalty program if I were to purchase another bike from them. They still had my purchase of the D7 in their system & informed me that I had a 5-year warranty on the frame of the D7. Since I wasn't sure how that would turn out and I also didn't want to be without a bike. I went ahead and purchased the T8. Bikes Online warranty department reached out to me and made the warranty claim a super easy process. Ultimately my claim was approved, and I now have my beloved D7 back. Great and easy customer service and all new bike purchases will be from Bikes Online.

I had a little trouble getting my wheelset shipped due to a back up at the warehouse. But I did reach and they were understanding and expedited my wheels and I had them quickly. All in all a good experience.

The deals are fantastic and the communication is clear and conscience.

I purchased a helmet, elbow pads, and a jersey online on June 15,2026. I received no notice of any delay of shipment until I emailed them. Elbow pads and jersey arrived July 13, and the helmet has yet to ship out as of July 15, one month after ordering. I was planning to use these to the bike park I was visiting early July but obviously wasn’t able to. I never experienced this from any other shop.

Had to wait several weeks after ordering, kind of understanding with whats going on in the world today, but was notified when things were shipping...

The bike performs well on trails.

I should have read the reviews before ordering from them. I ordered handlebars 10 days ago. Still no shipping updates. I have called customer service and I get an AI response that is garbage. I have sent multiple emails and no response. Beware this company is a fraud.
