Struggled thru a fulfillment wait time and then a return for proper frame size, but customer service was great and everything moved along smoothly. Glad I paid for the extra coverage.
Took ‘er out for its maiden voyage today and super pleased with the bike. Climbed like a goat and felt super confident on the descent - rode great. Honestly, don’t think there is a better bang for the buck out there. Immediately converted to tubeless and dropped 1.5lbs right off the bat - highly recommend the conversion. Oh, sizing - I’m 5’6 (ish) with 29-30” inseam and sent back a medium due to stand over height. Small fits like a glove. Overall, super happy with the bike and the purchase.

They do not have any customer service. Needed help with my order and never got a response back. Do not bother wasting your time and money with them.

Been trying to get a hold of them because I got a large bike instead of a medium. I also paid extra for the insurance too. I would not recommend buying a bike from them. If you have issues with your order you will not get any help. There were a few other bikes that I wanted from them, but now I know to not trust buying from them again. I highly recommend going to your local bike shop instead. Also my bike almost came a week late.

Horrible customer service. They ignore you if you have issues with your order. Have been trying to reach out to them for a while. Having issues with the bike that I ordered.

I didn't get half of the items that I ordered. I immediately contacted customer service by email and phone. Over a week later I have had no response. I've made several phone calls and created a ticket on their website. Nothing. Customer service is non-existent. God help you if you order a bike from them.

Excellent bike and customer service! The charger didn’t work when we received the bike. We reached out to customer support and they took care of it. Received a new charger within a few days and it worked perfectly!

Order an item that says 3 business days express shipping, expected delivery say 10 days.
Customer service told me there is no express shipping and that they can't help me.
