Excellent products! Plus very helpful advice and super quick processing.

I found the service exemplary. I bought online, and although, for a number of reasons, the garment wasn’t suitable for me, I found the prompt, personal response, prompt and efficient. It was very reassuring to realise it was a human being serving me, and not a system. I would buy from Bill Baber again, though I would prefer to do do in person, because the fit and feel of these unique garments are not easily conveyed online. Thank you.

Had a great chat with Bill who was making a jumper at the time. Fascinating trot down memory lane as I am from Edinburgh but haven't been back for years so talked about all my old haunts and he knew what I was wittering on about so that was lovely. Saw some beautiful knitwear and decided to come back another time when not broke (as I was this time).
Slightly disappointed not to find my favourite shawls on the website, as I covet one of the two colour ones I saw in the shop but don't see them on the website.

My first BB garment was a Mull Jacket in a denim, purple & green mix bought way back in 2009, I think. It’s been all over the world with me & has more places to go! I decided it was time to invest in another BB garment so I’ve just bought a Mosaic Jacket in a lovely mix of blues with a cream band. It’s made with Irish spun merino wool & beautifully made in Scotland. Pure Celtic. I’m thrilled to have it & am waiting for some cooler weather to wear it when I know it will be admired.

Lovely yarn- beautiful colours. My 2nd BB tunic - first was a med and seemed a tad small so this time I went large- this was significantly bigger- I washed it in the end to shrink as I chose not to return it. I guess there’s a variance within sizes- I think I would try to visit shop to try on in future (but I live at other end of UK…)

Jumper arrived promptly and it’s gorgeous.

We were in the store in Edinburgh in June and purchased one sweater although I tried on several other styles for size. When I returned home to the USA, I ordered two more sweaters. I love the combination of colors and the texture of the material. Both in-store and online were helpful and easy to purchase/order. Items were shipped promptly and with lots of notices for tracking. I feel my purchases are unique and not like anything else I've seen elsewhere.

Purchase was so easy and the delivery was super quick even though I'm in Western Australia Perth. My sister will be receiving the beautiful Rist coloured Jura shawl for her 70th on 21 July 😊

I discovered Bill Baber a few years ago. And since then consider them my 'go to' source for beautiful woollens. The designs are original, the materials are fabulous and of outstanding quality. Not only that, but service is personal and outstanding. They recently went above and beyond to sort out a minor mix up on an order. Will certainly be going back for more to add to my own personal Bill Baber collection!

Bill Baber do a great range of clothing and I really like the traditional patterns woven into their designs. I won’t lie - these are pricey. But I do like that the tops are well made, beautifully designed and unique. I would definitely buy from them again.

I am delighted with the jumper I bought from Bill Baber. It is excellent quality wool and warm whilst being not too bulky. The communication from the company about a very slight delay due to the Christmas holiday was much appreciated. They are a lovely company to deal with.

Ordering the mull cape online was easy. The cape arrived quickly considering the shipping distance between Scotland and the United States. And most importantly, the cape was a gift for my mother, who was impressed with its quality and beauty.
