The phone screen died after two months. When I reached out to the merchant about returning it, they said they would "send a return label tomorrow because they were having trouble creating one today". Hmmm. Then I never heard from them. After reaching out again, they changed their story and said I couldn't return it because I didn't tell them right away that the screen was faulty, even though it didn't fail for two months. Anyway, these guys are amateurs. Beware!

I received a cell phone in a timely fashion. It wasnt a phone that worked for my use. I called their # and OFS. I went through Best Buy and they helped on behalf of myself. I just sent thephone back for a refund. Im hoping that happens soon. The actual service was very good.

AWFULL EXPERIENCE!!!I do not recomment .brought through best buy. charged my credit card,toldme it was shipped and 1 week later told me it was out of stock ,if i wanted another model. i wrote many messages with questions.None answered.my shopping experience sincerely turned to an absoute Nightmare. be aware if you see this name Cellular tech.be carefull

I ordered an HP laptop through walmart with this company and received a samsung tablet instead. I am extremely disappointed. Upon contacting walmart customer service, my complaint was forwarded to cellular tech. I was told I would get a response within 24 hours, it’s been days and no response whatsoever. Terrible service and would not recommend to anyone.

This was the worst experience I've had to date with online shopping, warranty is useless. Bought a Samsung phone, screen was falling off the phone out of the box but from a fuzzy pic they determined ,"user caused". I like Best Buy, where they sell but I'm just a bit dubious now

After accepting an offer for my phone from Bing Bong Buy in March of 2020 and confirming it was received via USPS, the company has failed to respond to any inquiry regarding payment. Nearly one year and numerous attempts at reaching them later, I have not received any payment. Textbook example of FRAUD.

send my iphone in march and now is july the package delivered in march as well and never got my payment. Their website is gone now. Dont expect to get my money anymore. I seen so many ppl had same issue they just GONE with our money WHAT SHOULD WE DO????????

I sent my phone to this company and they gave me a offer for my phone back in March I never received payment for my phone. I tried calling them many times since all I get is voice mail and no reply when contacting them by email. How are others going about trying to get payment for your products?

I sold (3) iPhones valued at a total of $1340.00. It has been two months now and no response from the company. They even DELETED their "about us" information from their website! It's only a matter of time before they remove all information from their website. Luckily, I've saved everything needed to pursue with litigation. I will begin the process of serving them. I hope they're prepared for legal action very soon. As for everyone else out there, I recommend you do the same as well to get your money back one way or another.

They have taken down/removed their website (big surprise!). Now, they have changed their name to Recell.io. They also MOVED locations! I suggest ANYONE who has been scammed by this website to file a police report in YOUR county regarding this company. Simply call your non-emergency number and say you want to file a police report. Your county's police department will contact Canton, Ohio's Police Department and will conduct an investigation. Mention that you sent them your phones and have not received payment. Make sure to LOOK up the person that runs this fraudulent business and give it to the police! It’s very easy to find out! Also KEEP A COPY of your tracking number, orders page (on the website), and any other EVIDENCE to justify your cause of action against this company. To get ACCESS to your orders page from BingBongBuy, go to "recell.io", scroll down to "Track Your Order", and input the email address associated with your order. Don't let this company take your phones without giving you your money! This is now a company that committed FRAUD and don't be a victim of it!

I sent my phone case back to the company via priority mail and the packages was unused and unopened. I've been emailing them numerous times and no response nor have I received a refund. This company is a scam. There is no contact number for this company. Only and email address. It's June 3rd and my package was delivered to them on May 20th at 1:08pm and still nothing. BE WARE! Don't do business with them. If you need to contact me to beg of you NOT to do business with me then contact me!

My son sent his Iphone 11 to this company for sell. He was sent a fake check and now is facing fraud charges because he attempted to cash it. My son has NEVER been in trouble before and is now facing a felony fraud charge. Shame on you!! We live in GA but I will also contact Ohio police department.

Have not receive my fund yet! Tried to contact them via email and phone, not a single response!! Planning to call the police soon!

Do not do business with these folks they are a scam. I didn't realize what I was getting into.. Communication was all good until it's time for them to pay don't send them your phone, you'll never get your $$$.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I sent my phone in which had an estimated value of $115. The company was quick to respond when they needed help unlocking my phone, but then no payment came. I reached out, and they sent me what appears to be a fake check over email. I've emailed twice to ask for PayPal payment instead with no response. I've sent them multiple emails, and they have completely stopped responding at this point.

The company is clearly a scam — take your phone elsewhere.

Similar to a review left by BH, I also sold my phone to BingBongTec on March 9th. The phone arrived on March 11th, and after they initially inspected, they determined my phone was not an iPhone 6s, but a 6, and revised the initial offer. I accepted immediately. Days go by, and no payment.

I emailed on 3/16 and 3/19. They finally responded on 3/20 claiming they sent an “echeck” on 3/13 and to check my spam box. Checked everything and responded that it wasn’t received, and for them to please send another.

Ever since then, I have called twice (to NO RESPONSE) and emailed their support SIX TIMES. It’s now April 1st, and it’s becoming clear that my phone seems to be stolen and I’m being scammed. I initially thought this was a reliable business and that they’d uphold their agreements, but clearly like other reviewers, I’m going to look into contacting the Canton, OH police department to file a report. It’s unfortunate they’ve put customers on positions where we leave bad reviews due to a service they can’t provide or communicate effectively on. Avoid at all costs.

This company is a scam and is terrible. I thought I sold my phone to them, but they have yet to pay me. They sent me a digital check, but it bounced! I am highly displeased and I will not make this mistake ever again. Hopefully someone else learns from my mistake!
