Bishop Plumbing kept to the pre booked agreed time for the bolier service and e mailed test certificates to me the same day. Thanks very much.

I had my gas boiler serviced. The date for the servicing was postponed (by me and by Bishop) but communications were clear. The actual servicing was very thorough, and the technician David explained things well. He even cleaned the magnetic filter and provided me with a certificate, all for a reasonable price. I will definitely use Bishop Plumbing and Heating again.

Paul arrived today to do my annual service. He listened and agreed to my concerns about my heating system having potential leaks, following a new system (excluding boiler, which was fitted by Bishops four years ago) being put in two years ago. This was by other contractors, following an insurance claim, and Paul gave me good advice on what to do next.
He was friendly, polite and sympathetic and worked efficiently and tidily. Highly recommended

Great service, this is the second time we've used Bishops and both times the work has been carried out to a great standard.

The work today was for a boiler service and aside from sorting it out and advising on ways to make it more efficient, they went above and beyond to give us advice on improving our water pressure.

They have great knowledge, go above and beyond and come across as genuinely interested in helping their customers.

Paul is always very courteous, professional and friendly. He explains what he does and makes sure I'm OK with everything as im elderly. After trying to get a plumber for months! Leaving messages and the plumbers not returning my calls. I found Bishops Plumbing. Rang late afternoon he arrived 8.00am the next morning. Repaired and replaced faulty part. The young guy was a credit to his profession and the company he works for. So refreshing in today's world. I don't usually write reviews but l felt compelled to do so. As the service was 110 percent.

Company called half an hour before engineer arrived who did so on time. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. Would recommend this company for a boiler service.

Initially dealt with Jodie was very professional - listened to the enquiry and answered promptly, politely and accurate with the reply quote.

Well planned and executed. We were told when services would be off and how long( short periods).
Tidy and neat operation. They said 2 days - I had my doubts but they were true to their word.
Now have a fully functioning boiler! Controls all set up and working.

Just a small job needed with a slow filling loo. Easy booking process, great customer service and when Harry turned up he was full of smiles, even on a baking hot day. Always worry as we only have the one loo in the house. Sorted with a new part within the hour. The invoice arrived quickly and was cheaper than I thought. Would definitely use again. Thanks to all.

Paul and the family Bishop are always professional and should there be any issues they are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Staff are helpful and customer service is excellent, which I found very reassuring. I have used them more than once.
