Really pleased with the work carried out by Paul and his team. We had our heating system converted from an open vented system to a combi boiler, relocated from the kitchen to the loft. The quote was competitive and we were well informed about everything from start to finish. The engineers were considerate and clean and tidy and we were really pleased with their work. We thoroughly recommend using Bishop Plumbing and Heating.

I changed the cylinder with a combi boiler, it's an expensive job, a £5000 job that you think about many times before you make this decision to do it. This team of plumbers made everything easier for me.
On Thursday,Paul came to my house and give me a quote, on Friday they got everything they needed and on Monday they changed the old boiler and the cylinder with a combi boiler. They were very professional, punctual, clean and had the patience to explain everything I need.
I would definitely give them 10 stars if I could.

On providing a quote on our requested day and time for a Combi boiler replacement Paul walked us through all the options with expert advice and recommendations. The heating engineers work is excellent , polite and knowledgeable neat and tidy work all rubbish removed. I would use again.

We had an overflowing toilet. We phoned Bishops and their plumber came the next morning, diagnosed the problem, went to collect a new valve and fitted it, all within one hour. Toilet is fine now. The plumber, Simon, was pleasant, helpful and efficient. Price was reasonable too.

After initial trial and error to fix our old boiler problems we had excellent advice and service over the need to replace our old gas heating boiler. the team that arrived to fit the new boiler and control system were excellent. They arrived as promised on the day and on time. They were neat workers and very efficient. They caused the minimum disruption to the household and finished on the day and on time as promised

Booked the boiler service on the same day under the Boiler Service Plan. Three engineers pop up within the next hour. Antonio and the others 2 did the service very tidy and clean. I even got the house owner safety certificate by email later. My boiler is on the safe hand. Thank you Bishop Plumbing and Heating and all their engineers.

An engineer came out to service our boiler and I cannot fault the customer service. From the communication from Bishops plumping to the engineer himself. He was very professional.. very friendly and the job was done quickly.

Brilliant service from a lovely company. Service was top drawer from the support over the phone provided by Kelly to the quick and efficient job done by the engineer. Came out 3 hours after I called which was fab as we had hoped for a same day fix. Really competitive pricing as well. Cannot recommend this company enough.

My hot water immersion heaters decided to stop working over the festive period of Christmas/New Yr. I contacted Bishops Plumbing via their online form and asked for an engineer to attend ASAP.
As this was right in the middle of the bank holiday, they were unable to send an engineer but sent a link via text with a self help video and some information to support until they could get someone out.
I did this and had hot water! They then made an appointment to come and check the issue, provided a quote and once accepted, made a return visit to finalise.
Brilliant communication throughout. Keep up to date with visits. Arrived in the agreed time slot. Friendly, professional and quick.
