Very happy with my purchase
Very happy with my purchase. The cloths are very soft & wiped off my makeup with just water to perfection. My face felt very clean. The cloths washed up well in the washing machine too.

Love Bisous face cloth/makeup removers
Love Bisous face cloth/makeup removers. Not only do they remove a full face of makeup with warm water, they are also resuable, versitile and incredably soft. I use worn clothes daily to clean my makeup brushes after applying my makeup in the morning.

It’s works !
Waited awhile but totally worth the delay . Have trouble with Eye makeup remover products being too harsh on my eyes but with the Bisous cloths everything came off just using the damp cloth .
Very happy , so is my sister who had a share in the pack .

I love these Bisous cloths!
I've managed to cut costs on purchasing additional makeup removers.
I wear heavy/full coverage makeup daily, these cloths effortlessly remove my makeup at the end of the day.
The fabric is super soft and makes it ideal for sensitive skin. Even after washing, they come out of the washing machine looking as pristine as ever. (I've had mine for 2 years now and they've lasted really well).
I highly recommend!

Ordered on the 27th Nov. Pre order with 4-6 week wait. Emailed twice with no response on the 22/1/24 and the 24/01/24. It's now the 30/1/24. Apparently held up at customs with ne prediction time of delivery. This is very poor service. Maybe pre orders do not suit your business. I would like a refund please.

Absolutely love this product. No need for face wipes or cleansers. It's like magic. Removes my makeup completely and so soft on my skin. Finish with my moisturiser and my skin feels fabulous.

4-6 week pre-order turned into 31/2 months, from September till after Christmas
While communication was ongoing, the time factor would put me off ordering again.
I was offered a free lingerie bag as a compensation for the delay only to find it was part of all orders
