I made a mistake
I am thrilled with the service I received recently.
I had made an error on my Order. It was spotted as the Order was being compiled and corrected, and I received exactly what I wanted, not what I had ordered!

Your bookshop was the only place I could find an up to date copy of an A-Z of East Anglia to buy online. So that was very good, it was easy to order and arrived very quickly. Thank you, I was so pleased.

Lovely book and quick delivery
I was pleased with 10% discount on my first purchase and delivery was only a couple of days.
I love Heather Peck's books for not only the continuing storyline ane it may sound corny but the quality is superior to a lot of paperbacks and nice to hold. I would definitely recommend Bitternbooks for their localised selection.
