Bizzy Blinds fitted 12 roller blinds…

Bizzy Blinds fitted 12 roller blinds and 3 black out velux blinds. I found their website easy to use. Neil called out and measured up. All of the blinds were fitted with 3 weeks which I thought was an excellent level of service. The actual blinds were really good quality. A great experience from start to finish. Couldn't recommend this company highly enough.

Great website and easy to fit

Great website, really easy to order. I ordered 3 electric blinds for my Fakro windows using the codes. All perfect. Easy to fit and pair with remote and all blinds can now open on the push of one button - great value too!

Poor communication

Ordered two blinds, one was fine and fitted in ten minutes. The other had side rails that were to short although the cassette was correct. Phoned them numerous times and left a message-no call back. Sent a few emails- one reply asking if cassette was right - said it was. Filled form on Line - no response.

Hi Sharon, Neil here from Bizzy Blinds. I was speaking with your husband James and we managed to get everything rectified. A new blind is already on its way to you.

I did notice there were two GGL M08s ordered, which is exactly what we shipped, so I'm just a little concerned one of the windows might be a different size or code. But no worries at all—I've sent this replacement blind free of charge. If it doesn't fit, we can then double-check the exact window size and figure it out from there.

Just wanted to let you know it's all in hand!

Website was very easy to navigate, once you had your model number to hand you simply picked the frame and colour you wanted.

Very happy with the delivery and the install was simple enough. Highly recommend.

Did not get all my order.

As stated by Neil , my review is not misleading.
I placed the order and it shows no charge for the poles which I thought was because I was buying 9 blinds from him.
Never once did Neil contact me to say the poles were not included in the price. emailed him when I checked the order and he didn’t reply to me.
I emailed a second time e and he replied stating they were now €30 each.

Just not to mislead anyone reading this
And with Neil’s use of words like ‘logical ‘and ‘ a glitch’ on his system ….
If he isn’t dishonest thee he is guilty of very poor customer relations .

It is obvious to anyone reading this that I was mislead by him and instead of contacting me before he sent the order he decided to plough on and hope for the best.

Clearly anyone else ordering here would want to be sure they are getting what they asked for .

Neil thanks for your continued replies.

Just because you say it doesn’t make it so.

Don’t mislead your customers please.

It lists all the items on the docket that were ordered and delivered.
The poles were not delivered.

You can explain that away as much as you want .

Customers will make up their own minds

Please send me the email where you advised the poles were not included.
I did not receive that.

For full transparency to anyone reading this:

Your order included 9 paid blackout blinds, which were delivered in full.

You also added 11 telescopic poles, which showed at €0.00 due to a website glitch. No promotion stated they were free with blinds, and you weren’t charged.

If 1 pole had been added at €0, we might have reasonably assumed it was a mistake and honoured it. But adding 11 poles for free, and then later saying you only needed “at least 5,” raises valid questions about intent.

We did email you after the order to clarify the poles were not included. You later contacted us again, and we replied with the correct pricing.

You were never charged for the poles, and therefore they were never shipped. Everything you paid for was delivered.

We’ve acted fairly, honestly, and transparently throughout. We'll leave it to other readers to draw their own conclusions based on the facts.

Let me clarify the situation once more for the benefit of anyone reading this:

You placed an order for 9 blinds, which were fully paid for and delivered as ordered.

You also added 11 telescopic poles, which incorrectly showed a price of €0.00 due to a temporary website error — not because of any promotion or volume-based offer.

The poles were not advertised as free, and no confirmation screen, product page, or checkout notice stated that poles were included with blind purchases.

To suggest we tried to “plough on and hope for the best” is not only unfair — it misrepresents what happened.

You received everything you paid for. We were clear when we did respond. The issue was not dishonesty, but a system update affecting pricing for a short window, and it was corrected as soon as it was discovered.

While you may be disappointed the poles weren’t included, there was no misleading claim made by us, and we fulfilled your paid order in full. Readers can review the facts and judge for themselves.

Ordered one velux blind on the 13th of July, now the 24th of July and all I’ve received is a “we have processed your order email” when delivery states a maximum of 5 days. I contacted their online robot which states they aim to get back to you within one hour at least 3 times, no response. I then messaged them on WhatsApp on Monday the 21st of July for an update on my order and when it will be delivered , was bluntly replied with a photo of my order and “Wednesday”. Did not receive my order yesterday as I was told so I messaged again to which I was told DPD would deliver within the next 36 hours but I’ve received no form of communication from DPD themselves which I normally do the day before my order is delivered and the day of it being delivered. My message was ignored when I enquired about the lack of communication from DPD.

Ordered a blackout blind for a velux on 20th June 2025 and have not received it as of today, 5th July. Got an email on 25th June stating order finished processing.
Sent an email but no response.

Very Professional Service and Follow Up

Following a mix up regarding an order placed on the 11th June 2025, I was contacted by the company who acknowledged that their phone messaging system was not functioning correctly and they immediately took care of my order which was then delivered in two days. The product is high quality and exactly as I ordered. I advised the company re their Phone Message and Email Contact system and I understand this is now addressed. I have no hesitation in highly recommending their product and service. Very competitive price as well.

Do not order with Bizzy Blinds

I placed my order on Sunday 8th June 2025, it stated delivery within 3-5 days. I had one email to say my order was finished processing on Friday 13th June and have not had any other information since. I emailed them, sent a message on WhatsApp and Facebook and only received a reply on Facebook stating that my order would be shipped with DPD the next day (19 June) and have not received the blind or any communication since then.

Bizzy blinds do not replace the faulty blind

I've received a broken blind from bizzyblinds.ie online order, tried to reach bizzyblinds over the phone, no response, automated reply, reached on the email. The response was quick via the email with the promise to replace the faulty blind sent out to me. It's been since 29th of May 2025 where I cannot get the replacement of the broken blind sold to me and no more responses over the email or by phone.

Terrible customer service !

No tracking on order! Tried to make contact to see what was happening with my order , kept reaching an answering machine! Nobody got back to me! I thought I was being scammed!! Terrible customer service!!
