Moved into a new house in Wexford and did a little comparison of 3/4 companies before deciding on Network Security. They had clear pricing and installation was thorough and affordable. Peter spent a few hours at the house and explained the system fully. We use the 24/7 monitoring service which is very well priced compared with our last provider in Dublin. Great flexibility with choice of using keypad, mobile phone or the fob to set/ unset the alarm is extremely handy. Overall I would have no hesitation recommending Network Security.

Changed my broadband location and spoke with Chau about the lan connection He explained everything about the system we have and came up with a number of solutions for us.He is very patient and great at explaining everything as I am a bit of a caveman when it comes to tech stuff Thanks Chau for your help

Very disappointing experience with this security company.

I was told multiple times that my old system would be completely removed and replaced, but that didn’t happen. Now I have double the number of sensors on every door and window, which looks messy and unprofessional.

When the engineer arrived, after just a few minutes he tried to charge me an extra €80 for two additional sensors (€40 each), even though I was clearly told that installation was free and all sensors were included in the price. I refused to pay, and somehow he still managed to complete the job without them – which makes the whole situation even more questionable.

The main control panel was installed very low to the ground, which is not safe as I have two small children. The engineer didn’t even try to use the previous system’s location.

I was also promised a fire and smoke sensor, but I’m not convinced that I actually received it.

Overall, very unprofessional service and poor communication. I would not recommend.

Jimmy , the engineer fixed the alarms have been extremely experienced and we had a great experience with the installation. Highly recommend Network security for security alarms.

Just got installed yesterday, so far very happy. The installer was very informative, did a great job taking out the old alarm. He also gave advice on how to use alarm and app .. I would definitely recommend

We had Jimmy today to install our new Network Security alarm system, and disconnect and remove our Phonewatch system. He was a gentleman and did a great job, very happy with our new setup.

The guy I was speaking with over the phone made the transaction so well explained and helpfull. Gave me updates on new products also. Then the installation team made it all so easy explanatory over the phone. Installation next week. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable.

Recently had a monitored alarm system installed by Network Security.
Overall, a very good experience. The installation was carried out professionally and efficiently. Jimmy did a great job — he was thorough, explained the system clearly, and ensured everything was properly set up and tested before leaving. The final system feels well designed, with a good balance of door, window and motion coverage, which gives strong peace of mind.
One area that could be improved is clearer upfront communication on the final system design and any additional costs. A few extra sensors were recommended during installation, which made sense from a coverage perspective, but it would have been helpful to have that visibility earlier.
That said, the end result is a solid and reliable system, and I’m satisfied with the overall service. Thanks again to Jimmy and the team.

Great service as always and nothing is too much trouble.
Have Network Security on my house over 3 years and feel totally protected.
When my alarm has been triggered i get a call within 30 seconds.
