Following a marketing email from Network Security inviting me to partake of their services, i felt I had to write a review of this company who installed an alarm system in my house a number of years ago. From day one, and for no reason other than the system they installed was faulty, the alarm they installed started giving tamper alarms, the first started in the sun room and gradually went on throughout the rest of the house. To cut a 2 year long story short, i took them to the small claims court and got my money back, which included the cost of the alarm and the monitoring, the alarm was unfit for purpose, i would not touch this company with a barge pole.
Dont be led by their sales pitches, be careful and do your research into their products. The system they sold me was, in my opinion, sub standard.

WiFi changed so panel wasn’t working..Chau fixed it remotely..quick and efficient. Great Service

He was more than patient to take me through the whole process, the type of sensors needed etc. He has great personality and gave us good recommendations on how to keep our home safe. Excellent service, new alarm system was easy ro install along with fire alarm. The guys arrived on time and got to work immediately and did not stop, until job finished. They were very helpful, polite and pleasant. Job well done. The whole alarm system was fairly cheap to install and the monthly monitoring fee is cheaper than the one I had.

Installation today was very straight forward and great advice given. I am very happy with the product and the ease of use. For me this company won me over as they were very transparent in pricing and what was included etc. The installation guy was very down to earth and explained everything to me as he went and all about the app and how it works etc.

Dillyn was great to deal with..understood my requirements quickly and offered a tailormade security system.
I'm getting a great system at a competitive price.
It gives me great peace of mind and the whole process so far has been very smooth.. Mike

Pretty much entirely happy with the whole experience… sales experience was great, clear concise and helpful. The installation was great, Johnny was a lovely chap. The only downside was being told I would have installation within 2 weeks but it was actually a month. I won’t deduct a star for that as your lovely staff make up for it.
My only other comment would be that I would have appreciated a sticker or two for the rear windows of the house to show it’s alarmed and monitored… I didn’t think to ask on the day but is this a possibility?

Fantastic service from the network security team. They installed our new system today, and I was very impressed. Even though the house was busy with another tradesman, the team worked around him seamlessly and finished the job quickly.

It was great to see the experienced installer mentoring a new team member; they worked together perfectly and the installation was technically flawless. The handover was clear and informative, and I really valued their advice on where to place the equipment for maximum coverage. I would definitely recommend them to others.

My Alarm system had disconnected from my broadband, probably due to recent broadband service issues, and Network Securities Tech Support were efficient and prompt in fixing and explaining the fault.
