Great customer service with a lost package. We could not locate original packages they sent a new order out and we received it.

My son loves the clothes from here, and they are pretty good quality. However, you must not be in any hurry to get them when you order. They typically take 3-4 weeks from order to arrival; they want 10 business days of processing time and with several orders I have placed they take every bit of that time. Then shipping is usually 7 business days, so you'll get your items within about a month. If you want anything faster, you're better off ordering from DSGs or Amazon and you can get it within a few days.
The response is not consistent with my experience, regardless of the stated policy. I had orders that were cancelled after they didn't ship for two weeks, and other orders that I received weeks after they were placed. Perhaps it was due to the holiday rush, but this is my documented experienceand I have emails from customer service apologizing for it. No need to respond again.

I’ve had to contact their customer service numerous times due to lost packages, returns or refunds and it has always been so easy. They respond quickly and help sort out issues with ease. Love this brand and my son loves the quality of their clothing!

When I ordered a shirt for my grandson on Black Friday, the order went through. However a week later I was told it was no longer in stock. I received a refund and a discount coupon for my next order. The week after Christmas I the shirt was available but because I was ordering just the 1 item I would have to pay shipping. I contacted customer service and received an immediate response. Once I ordered the shirt the refunded the shipping. Great customer service!

My son got the holiday gift box and in the box was a cord necklace, he got to wear it 3 days before it came apart. I emailed with wanting to know what I needed to do to get a replacement of the necklace. No questions asked they sent out another gift box right away. We love their products and their customer service.

I'm unsure how to adequately thank the company for the beyond superb customer service that we were provided. My son picked out a ton of clothes that were going to be his new school clothes haul. We ordered in what we thought was plenty of time and were upset to find out it was all delayed significantly due to the number of orders received for the drop. This in turn led to us having to go back to school clothes shopping elsewhere right before school began. Not only did we get refunded fully for the very large order that we placed, but we received every single item we placed in the original order minus ONE thing. Just ONE. My mind is absolutely blown. When it was indicated that we would receive any items that became available in stock, I will admit, I rolled my eyes and said sure.. That's their scapegoat and we will not receive anything, but I was quite wrong. We obtained different items at different times (after school had started which is absolutely fine at this point), the last being one of the free cups that ended up being a Simple Modern cup (which wow, blown away at the quality of the cup for it being a free one) and again.. I am just amazed. Thank you SO much for having the best customer service, for great quality products, and for making good out of an unfortunate situation!

I accidentally ordered adult medium instead of youth medium on a couple of items. When I tried to exchange them, I couldn’t select the youth sizes, so I contacted customer service. They were quick to respond and extremely helpful—walking me through the correct sizing, sending a return label, and getting the exchanged items sent out right away. The timing was great and the whole process was smooth. My kid loves the clothes, they fit true to size, and he can’t wait for the exchanged items to arrive.
Overall, a great experience!

purchased a sweater from d I c k s Sporting Goods, and the seam completely came undone. My son does not regularly wear this sweater, and we followed all care instructions on the tag. Since it has been less than a year, I contacted the manufacturer, but they are unwilling to replace it. For the price, the quality is unacceptable. These sweaters are overpriced and poorly made. I will not be purchasing any more gear from this brand.

Guess I should have checked reviews and BBB first, both which are full of disillusioned customers. Ordered shorts as a gift 1) took 2 weeks to ship and another 2 to be delivered 2) received shirt (much cheaper) instead and didn’t know until gift was opened 2 more weeks later on Xmas 3) emailed to customer service with order number and response was to take picture of original item ordered and what was received(guessing AI response). Since this was gift and kid already wearing shirt (1000 mile away)not going to do that and shouldn’t need to since they have all of the appropriate order info. Short version; comes across as Mickey Mouse operation and will never do business with them again.

We have two preteen boys, who love their baseball. They originally found BL 101 in our local Academy Sports store, and while it’s been great getting the items local, the website and customer service is hands down superior! From the reward points, to the collection releases- my boys love shopping on the website, and so do we. We recently had an issue with an order and Leah, one of their customer service representatives, was AMAZING at getting it handled quickly and with ease- especially for the holiday season. Don’t get me wrong, the price of the clothes will definitely give you a little sticker shock, but the quality is TOP NOTCH! My boys wear their shirts and shorts all the time, and have spilled a few things on them as well- they clean up so easily and always look brand new. We will definitely continue to not only buy this brand, but recommend it to anyone and everyone! Thanks BL 101 for being simply the BEST!

The first time I purchased anything was from the Black Friday sale this year. A week later received an email saying they oversold the swim trunks I bought and sent me a 20% off coupon and said they would reimburse shipping if I purchased only in the next 30 days. The other item I bought was a shirt in the wrong size. I went to exchange it and it wasn’t in stock. They also had limited inventory on their site because of Christmas so I sent it back for refund to stick with 30 day window. Today I received notice of refund and I saw the shirt was back in stock. They would not exchange it at this point and made me pay full price. I did use my coupon and shipping code but it still cost almost an extra $10 for the same exact shirt I just wanted to exchange. Customer service seems like a AI bot with no emotion. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

I’ve ordered several items and have never been disappointed! I did have one small issue with a shirt that I received but one email and a short time later, customer service resolved my issue and made things perfectly right! This is a great company that I will continue to support!

My order for my grandson was placed on Nov 27 and USPS had not delivered my package in weeks when it should have arrived. I explained this to a representative Krystal who was very considerate and caring about my delivery experience. She took my order number and put another shipment out for my merchandise and had it Expidited to try her hardest to have order delivered by Christmas. I’m only hoping for the best. Thank you for working with me and being such a kind representative. I give you a star rating of a 10 😁👍🏻
