It is basically impossible to cancel a subscription once started. There is no way to do it through Apple OR through the website, no phone number to call, emails to customer service go unanswered. And in the meantime, they draw $80/month from your account.

There are plenty of better shortform vertical film apps with reasonable cancelation policies out there - I had to cancel my card to get this one to stop charging. Buyer BEWARE!

I paid for a one week subscription, it never showed up in my apple subscription to cancel. I had to cancel my card to stop them from charging me. There is no way to email, call, or cancel when it does not show in your apple account.

Goodshort short drama hub claims you can watch free but only show a small part of a drama then the page comes up telling you that you have purchase coins like all the other short drama apps that charge. Don't bother downloading unless you want to pay.

SCAM - you click to pay to unlock for “all series” for 7 days but coins get deducted instead for each episode and youre locked out of other episodes so its not the whole series. $30 for like 40 episodes of 2 min shorts. major scam.

I have no comments on the movie and etc but the surface of the app and customer service sucks!
Usually every app, if need to make payment they will ask and etc. For this I accidentally pressed the membership, it just charged me. I asked for cancellation and refund, the customer service just gave me a repeated sop reply. Not flexible before. I even request that they can minus of I used any of those benefits but no reply. THIS APO IS NOT RECOMMENDED!

Need to be able to watch the episodes free. Not paying to watch episodes. Takes forever to finish a drama. I have found free apps. Will be deleting app after finishing a frame that i started over a week ago.

All average till vita mahjong commercial comes up, it’s like a bug that goes on for hours, that’s when you want to quit.

Seemed like the videos were going to be good, but they maybe last a minute or so and cost 50 to 60 points. It says it gives you options to use Bonus points but I kept trying to build enough to watch 3-4 episodes of course by watching adds and following. So I tried to Check In and watch adds for several days to build points. I would leave until the next day thinking I would again check in and watch the adds and then I would have enough points to watch my multiple episodes. But no, I just found out that Bonuses will expire. Have not figured out time limit for adds but i think check in points will stay 3 days. This is not a good use of my time. No video is worth watching by maybe only 2 a day. I am removing GoodShorts from my tablet and unfollowing all locations I’ve been to. Not worth your time.

IMPROVE YOUR ACTING, ALL YOUR MOVIES HAVE STUPID ABUSE, ITS NOT TEACHING ANYONE, NOT EVEN ADULT BECAUSE THE PERSON WHO IS THE ENEMIE DOSENT EVEN LEARN THERE LESSON, EVEN DHAR MAN ON YOUTUBE HAS BETTER LESSON THEN YOU GUYS, BECAUSE THEY ARE KID AND ADULT FRIENDLY WHILE THIS, THIS IS TRASH. Never used yet they have taken £25 out my bank over 2 payments while i was asleep overnight. No idea how they acquired my details.

Way too expensive, how on earth do they get away with charging a lot of money.
The ads for programs is a give away too. I think I just watch the ads and make my own conclusions up, it would be a lot cheaper...
Please bring down your prices. I think you need to be a billionaire to use this app.

You are able to accrue points daily. Once your at the max points allowed, they allow you to continue to collect the max amount of coins daily as long as you go to there site daily and collect them. Well, somebody has been stealing my coins every day from the site and I have tried to reach out to them several times with no response.. They don’t allow those types of questions in their virtual app to be asked.. so I give them one star for my experience

horrible this must be a scam. I signed up nowhere on the app. Is there an option for me to cancel? There’s no way to get a hold of customer service they work through a chat bot that wants to charge you five dollars to create a form to put you intouch with Good shorts once you sign up there is no way to cancel beware

The movie app is absolutely a scam make you watch hundreds of scam adds wants you to pay ridiculous money to remove the adds to subscribe. It’s cheaper to watch movies on any normal like Netflix or Paramount ect.
Avoid downloading app at all costs.

Movie was interesting, however , I spend $25 for finishing movie instead of wait or watching ads , yet can’t even finishing one movie for what I paid , don’t even start to watch one .

Just another rip off short movie scam. They reel you in with a story that is actually quite good then charge you for every 10 second clip to keep watching. It's too bad, the one I watched was actually quite good.

Tried to cancel and instead they charged me again the day I asked them to cancel my subscription online. You can’t call them, you have to email their support. Which I did over and over. Being told that they cancelled it. I asked for a refund and they told me they had. The refund never showed up. Beware, all though the app. Has good clips you can’t cancel it or the recurring monthly charge.

This company allows AI generated adverts of real celebrities promoting financial investments which are scams Despite being told they fob it off as “third party” involvement Definitely a company not to be trusted
