So only purchased single items. Items came next day but one of the vials was damaged in transit, sent a picture via Whatsapp, not expecting a reply and within minutes Black and White contacted me and without hesitation will send out an replacement on their next postal run (in a few days time) and offer % off my next purchase. You cannot ask better than that. The products are good quality, I tried one and can say very satisfied.
Only one bit of Feedback when I was selecting items from the Catalogue, from the photo I was expecting the accessories with each selection. But one accessory pack per order. Most Likely I missed something, Nevertheless in this Industry is is refreshing and reassuring to find a seller with integrity.
