Emailed customer services twice and…
Emailed customer services twice and never got a response. Wouldn’t use again.
Reply to below email - I have just looked and there are definitely two separate emails sent to you, I have checked all folders and there are no replies. You also state if ordered before 12pm it would be posted the same day, that in fact is not true and you didn’t post it until the next day even though it was ordered before 12pm.

Regarding dispatch, your order was placed at 11:51am and included products that are prepared to order, so these require additional preparation time before they can be dispatched. Our before-12pm same-day dispatch service is also a very recent addition and cannot always apply to products requiring preparation.
Your order was dispatched the following day.
The information you contacted us about is also provided on the product labelling, although we’re always happy to answer questions directly where anything needs clarification.

GLOW pre-filled cartridge
Delivered on time and cooled sufficiently to stop degradation. Has a high quality delivery system. Too early to tell if the trials deliver a good research outcome, but my past experiences with RP have always been positive. Technical support is also rapid and excellent.
