Ordered kettlebells from Blackbear Fitness and their customer service is second to none. Delivery was fast and efficient, good quality equipment and reasonably priced. Definitely will use again and would recommend everyone to order from them.

I stumbled across these guys on Facebook and messaged a guy called Anthony who was very swift and helpful, next day I drove up to Yaxley and was talked through a few options and his advice was invaluable, walked out with a full setup and I couldn’t be happier with it all. Had a slightly complicated enquiry about a gift for a family member. Email was answered really quickly and it was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Courier split order so order delivered across two days but customer service reply was prompt and reassuring. Good quality hex dumbells.

Initial delivery had components missing and I was unable to complete assembly and requested a review from Blackbearfitness.

Although there was a slight misunderstanding to commence with Blackbearfitness fulfilled their promise and forwarded the components with spares that has allowed me to complete the assembly of the rack and stack all the dumbbells correctly.

Great service, great value, delivered on time

Customer aftercare not great.
Purchased a sled, box arrived heavily damaged, could have been haulage companies fault so no fault there. I let Blackbear (via email from webpage) know and said I'd update them when I got home regarding contents of package due to large holes in box up on delivery. Sent Video to support this. Got home and bits missing from box, also item was different to what was shown on the website. Sent them a follow up email that evening. Sent a Whatsapp message the next day, no response. Bought it on PayPal credit and went through the resolution centre after reading reviews on here. Happy I did, PayPal refunded me. Won't use this company again.

Bought, paid for and had the delivery with me within 24h. Great comms. Can't fault the service
