Ordered over a week ago (ORDER #14980). Part 1 arrived as advertised. Part 2 is still not showing as being received by the courier company, according to the tracking company. The number advertised is constantly engaged, and emails go unanswered.

Following the review here, a Blackbear team member reached out to me. Apologised for the lack of communication due to landline issues with their supplier and assured me the product will be re-delivered. Good result.

Had a little issue with delivery, but company were great to deal with and rectified it. Dumbells are very good quality.

Had an issue with the delivery of my first order, but this was rectified swiftly & professionally. The gym mats were just what we were looking for to cover smaller areas for free weights. The 50x50 size plus sides & corners are perfect. Great product & excellent customer service.

Spoke with Anthony on Facebook re some bumper plates and barbell. Anthony was quick to respond and the price was clearly fair and reduced. Anthony arranged to meet me at their premises in Peterborough (Yaxley) as Im relatively local. I am building a new home gym and we chatted and I asked about flooring for which Anthony made good suggestions and listened to what I wanted. We then agreed on a price which made genuinely competitive(or better) compared to many other much larger suppliers. Quality of product is excellent all round and they seem genuinely decent people.

Let's face it fitness equipment has become very plentiful and also highly expensive, I would genuinely recommend Black Bear for a hassle free and no hard sell, knowledgeable and keenly priced experience.

In summary a good business in a pool of often not so good ones and I am always keen to do business with a company where the owner is available to speak in person.As my home gym grows theirs will certainly be my first port of call....... in fact some nice new adjustable dumbells are certainly on the xmas list! Update - really nice leg press/sled
Solid and a bit tricky to put together but I like it. Only issue is that the leg press isn’t the one advertised and has nowhere near the same depth so I guess that sucks!

To be honest I’ve not even had the time to build the equipment I bought but the delivery was on time and communication from the company was good. I left it too late to organise someone helping to lift it up but my partner carried it up in the end. My next thing I want to purchase is a smaller Olympic bar and I already have my eyes on one on the website. See you again soon & I will update this when I’ve set my equipment up (leg press/sled) because I’ve not seen any reviews on that.

I ordered a dual leg ext/leg curl 5 in 1 machine. It was delivered 2 days after payment and for a small fee they fully assembled it. I did allot of research before buying one of these machines as it's for my PT studio so has to be right and have a small footprint as I am limited on space. I'm very happy with the size as it's very compact but there is no compromise with it's quality or functionality.
