I've had cars on finance for years and always hated the way I've had to sit in the office for literally hours at a time sorting all the mountain of paperwork out and waiting for the staff member to make calls and have calls back in the freezing cold offices and show rooms. Then yesterday within 3 phone calls we were at the car sales room, chosen a car with a big variety of choice and full information given and we chose our car. Then we were in the office for less than 20 mins and it was all signed sealed and sorted and able to take the car away the next day with another 10 mins of being in the office doing last bits of paperwork and checks we left with the car. The lady we dealt with was Emma and she was hugely helpful and nothing was too much trouble very friendly. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning there again for our next car.
