Spoke to Vicki so helpful and solved my issues straight away explaining everything she did so helpful can't thank her enough took so much pressure of me and the anxiety and stress .

A massive thank you to Tracy Dyer who resolved my issue so efficiently. I had received a message saying my DD instruction had not been actioned and I had concerns as to why this was the case when my bank records were showing no DD had been attempted. It transpired that the wrong account number was on the DD instruction. Tracy quickly amended the instruction, took payment so no arrears were on the account and moved the DD forward for future months to better accommodate me. Always grateful to be met with excellent customer services to get a quick resolution.

Tracy Dyer helped us with the online payment as our bank Nationwide would not accept the full description given from Propensio in the bank payment details she helped by talking us through by slightly editing there bank payment details and all went through and a courtesy call back to say payment had gone through to Propensio Finance. Spoke with Iman regarding changing payment date from the 24th of every month to 1st of every month from 1st May.
So payment 24th April £128.95,then
1st May £128.95 and thereafter payments will be made on 1st of every month. ........

Being in hospital Google deleted my account there was no way to get to pay a lump some so cancel the DD Friday you got back to me to day with the help and understanding of IMANhe sorted it all out he was very understanding and helpful walked me through my options and he sorted everything out for me
