I came across to their site while searching for moss agate stone jewelery and since the stone is very rare to find I was very happy to see a beautiful piece like this. It took a while to ship but it was not a problem since it had to take a really long trip to come to me and their customer support which is excellent and really kind walked me through it. Definitely a recommended place for a unique piece of jewelry that will male someone happy.

Absolutely beautiful product

Absolutely beautiful product. The only real complaint I have is when I first ordered it I was getting updated every 2 or 3 days through the whole process, but the last few weeks I didn't hear anything from anybody. I had to email just to get an update. Other than that amazing work.

Cheap, not worth the price

Received the ring, loved it. Yes i understand is not top dollar. However at least a well finish item while it last would of been helpful. Received a ring all chipped.

And the color not silver as shown in the picture.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. ALONG WITH EVANI JEWELRY.

I ordered a ring from them on 1/15/2026. After what seemed to be a nice response that they couldn’t make customizations because of how the ring was made and stones are set (which I thought was odd as I have never heard of a jeweler say something couldn’t be customized), I took it at face value and said ok, move forward with the standard ring shown. On 2/3 I received a notice that the ring was ready to ship and a label created with UPS. A week went by and still the same status. I ordered on the Evani Jewelry website and emails back and forth came from them. When inquiring about why the status is still in label created, they said “it wasn’t them and that Black Diamonds New York” was who is handling. Worst is this was said when chatting using their website chat function. So the run around begins. Then I ask the Black Diamonds team about the shipment and they say it has been sent from Japan/HK via DHL but no tracking number given. When I ask for the tracking number I’m ghosted.

I called DHL on 2/11 and they have no record of any shipment. Going back to UPS and talking with their rep, they say they don’t have the package either. So now my wedding is coming up and have no ring and zero response from either entities leading me to believe this is a total scam. I have made many friendly attempts to ask to speak to a human about the issue and all crickets.

So first stop is this review. This will be the first of many actions taken if no resolution is offered and quickly.

Delays and More Delays in Processing Order

Alexanderite solitare ring size 6 ordered from their website on January 19, 2026. This was not a custom order ... size 6 was one of the size options on their website. I have received numerous emails from them with "updates" on my order and, today, February 10, 2026, received email that there was a problem with my ring, it was going back to production to correct, etc. etc., and gave me three options. I chose to cancel the order and get a full refund. This company is bogus and more than likely a scam.

Literally the worst company ever smh I have been fighting this dispute with them since Nov. 2025 smh it’s the new year and they won’t even respond back smh they never answer the phone smh they don’t respond back to emails within there 48 hours like they say smh just the worst family business in America to be honest smh I have never had this happen to me ever smh this company should be investigated!! We also apologize if we were not able to respond immediately. During peak seasons and non-working holidays, response times can take up to 72 hours or longer due to increased order volume. We appreciate the customer’s patience during these periods and always do our best to respond as promptly and thoroughly as possible.

Our jewelry is primarily made to order and customizable, so delivery timelines can vary. Expedited shipping applies only after a piece is completed and does not shorten the production timeline. While we do our best to prioritize orders with a stated need-by date, timelines cannot be guaranteed when deadlines are unrealistic. Guaranteed next-business-day shipment is available only for orders placed under our clearly labeled Flash Sale and Ready to Ship collections. All production timelines and policies are shared on the product page prior to checkout.

In this situation, multiple cancellation requests were made after production had already begun and while the package was in transit, at which point we were unable to cancel the shipment. We immediately offered the option to refuse delivery, which would allow a full refund once the item was returned. As a gesture of goodwill, we also processed an initial refund for the priority shipping fee, as we understand the customer’s frustration and wanted to remain fair.

As a small, family-run business, our 24-hour cancellation policy exists to protect both our customers and our team once materials are sourced and production begins. Allowing cancellations mid-production or while an order is in transit would make it difficult for us to operate responsibly or sustainably, which is why this policy is applied consistently and transparently.

Shortly after the package was delivered, a chargeback was filed through the customer’s bank. When a chargeback is open, the bank temporarily withdraws the funds during its review, which means we’re unable to issue a separate refund at that time, as the payment is no longer in our possession. If the bank ultimately sides with the customer, the refund is issued directly by the bank.

We shared this information and offered options intended to help resolve the matter as efficiently as possible, as the chargeback review process can take up to 75 days. We have no intention of delaying the customer’s refund and, in fact, offered a quicker resolution so the funds could be returned sooner. The length of the chargeback process is determined by the bank and is outside of our control.

We want to reassure anyone reading this that our intention is never to hold customer funds, delay shipments, or deny refunds. Our focus is always on fair resolutions in accordance with the policies outlined at checkout, which are provided to help set clear expectations before a purchase. We encourage shoppers to review these policies, or those of any merchant, prior to ordering, so expectations are aligned.

For customers who require next-business-day shipment for custom jewelry, a ready-to-ship retailer or local jeweler may be a better fit.

We regret that this experience did not meet expectations and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. If a bank refund has not yet been issued, we encourage the customer to reach out to us directly so we can assist however possible.

This wrap around band is simply…

This wrap around band is simply beautiful. I was worried it was going to be too much, but it is just stunning. The sparkle, the weight, the stones and craftmanship are outstanding. I have received so many compliments on it paired with my engagement ring that I can't help but smile. I was told, its never too much! Go for it, you won't be disappointed.

TOTAL FRUSTRATION

It is so frustrating to have to write a bad review about a company's lack of customer service standards and this is the first (and maybe ONLY) time that my Fiance' and I have ordered from this place. The order was placed on 9.13.2025 and still hasn't been shipped out. I emailed several times and recieved the "cookie cutter" reply that the ring is being made. I did receive an email on 9.27.2025 stating the ring was in the "Polishing" stage and would ship out very soon." . Nothing has been shipped to date and they are no longer responding to my email requesting for details on shipping as I live in a very large apartment complex and need to know when & how they are planning to ship it. Still the same "Cookie cutter" reply was sent. I then received a follow-up email advising that the ring was supposed to be shipping on 10.15.2025. There hasn't been any updates since then and now they aren't answerng at all. I would like to be able to actually speak with a human being so I can be 100% positive that my ring will come in with no issues. Can someone please contact me so we can go over the details and lock down a shipping date & arrival date.
