The item (the beautiful rocking chair) arrived in three days in perfect condition!!!

I'm STILL waiting for the delivery of my purchase. I have phoned the delivery company and they haven't gotten back to me. Very poor service.
Delivery was expected on 18/11 according to the tracking site...today is 28/11 and no delivery.
NOT happy.

However, it wasn't received within the 10 days of ordering as you mentioned - it took 14 days. The service from the delivery company was very poor particularly as they said they would keep me updated when I initially enquired as to why it was late. They didn't get back to me at any stage. My area is not remote and is not very far from a major town. Other delivery company's do far better with their service than the one you guys deal with.

Beautiful chairs and shipped very quickly

I purchased an office chair & the next day it was on special. I contacted them & they refunded me the difference. They were so pleasant to deal with. Item was delivered within a couple of days.

I purchased the Hampton Club Chair in black and I am extremely happy with my purchase. It looks exactly like the picture on the website. The fabric on the cushions is a stylish linen look and the chair is comfortable, sturdy and well made. Delivery was also quick.

I bought a set of loose covers for the Cloud sofa and the quality is great. The fabric is really thick and heavy and the covers have given my sofa a real face lift.

Fantastic service ! I accidentally chose the wrong colour for a chair and they swapped it to the door within two days with no problems at all.

Fantastic was exactly like I thought when it came I loved it and the service

No where near as white as it looks in the images provided. Black scuff marks are n the bottom of the chair. Almost doesn’t really “rock”. Not very impressed.
