Ordering process was easy on line
Ordering process was easy on line. However delivery was a disappointment and of concern. Being an Armchair & Ottoman boxes were large. Delivery was left on open front decking for over 90 minutes I’m guessing, until I arrived home. I never received a text message notifying of delivery as I was advised. I received an email approximately 90-120 minutes before delivery however unable to get to my phone during most of my working hours to check emails. Even so I should have had a day notice to organise someone to be home. I was astonished to arrive home & see my order just sitting there unattended in the open. I wander if they were stolen whose responsibility it would have been. Let’s just say, lucky I’m an honest person.

We ordered 2 Henry Plank armchairs & delivery was very quick. When the chairs arrived the cushions on 1 of them had stains. I emailed some pictures to show the stains & got a prompt reply & an apology & that 2 new cushions would be sent asap & they arrived the next week. Great customer service & we are very happy with chairs.

Rocking Chair was as described.
Arrived on time and packaged to ensure no damage during transport.
Also came with legs to convert to a normal chair.

It didn't start well but ended great.
It didn't start well when the incorrect screws where packed in the box for assembly. After a phone call the right screws were sent express post and the chair now looks great. Its a small chair, perfect for its role in a spare bedroom and the look and quality is spot on.
