Very pleased with the experience
Very pleased with the experience. I somehow managed to order the wrong item, so called up and they immediately answered, cancelled the order and reordered within a few minutes. The order was sent out same day with tracking. All boxed up perfectly with bubble wrapping for any drops.
Overall a very easy experience.

'Carlsberg' seller
'Carlsberg' seller. Friendly and helpful. I've bought perhaps 70 machines from these guys (laptops and Pcs) and only had 2 issues, which is reasonable. The service has been great and the items are very good.

Regarding the shipping situation; as per the guidance at our checkout, to benefit from next day delivery you must place your order by 12:00 midday. You ordered at 18:06. The order was processed the very next morning and shipped the same day.

I recently purchased a single PC from this supplier and was very pleased with the quality of the product and the prompt delivery. My order arrived exactly as described, which made the buying experience straightforward and hassle-free.
To make their service even better, I would recommend offering more options for custom builds—especially for components that customers might overlook, such as built-in wifi, extra storage, or alternative operating systems like Linux. Although I haven't needed to contact customer service yet, I would gladly buy from this supplier again and believe a few enhancements could make them stand out even further in the retail market.
