This is the third time I have purchased a laptop from Blackmore IT, over the last two years, and have been extremely impressed with their service on each occasion. I experienced honest descriptions and helpful, accurate information on their website, with a straightforward ordering processes and excellent communications. Deliveries were quick and within the stated time, and items were professionally packaged and well protected. I have also been impressed with the overall excellent condition of the laptops. Although there were minor almost unperceivable blemishes; light scratching and minor wear to soft surfaces for instance, these are almost invisible at arm's length, and entirely consistent with well looked after equipment. All three laptops, Dell, looked almost new, in bright condition, cleaned, and not used excessively. Screens and keyboards were in tip-top condition, and batteries and chargers functioned as if they had been looked after properly and not abused in any way. "Almost as good as new!"
All came with new installations of Windows 11/10 included in the price, which made all purchases incredibly good value. It has been my choice on principle, to purchase quality recycled equipment rather than new, wherever possible, and I feel proud to have achieved this with Blackmore IT. I have not been let down by this company, they are completely genuine, professional, and provide an incredible service which I intend to use again. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

I RECEIVED MY DELL LATITUDE A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO . IT WAS EXTREMELY WELL PACKAGED. THE CONDITION WAS EXCELLENT, LOOKED LIKE NEW,ONLY A FEW OF FAINT SCRATCHES. What can I say but great value refurbished laptops

During my initial enquiry they asked what I would be using the PC for. I had quite specific requirements and they checked that the software I would be using would be handled OK by the PC although they recommended a RAM upgrade. PC was ordered and delivered within 48 hours and is in good condition and perfect working order. All in all - a great service!!!

I sent my laptop to Blackmore for a screen replacement. The guys, especially James, were more than helpful going over and above to get the job done even though it was a bigger job than anticipated. Would 100% recommend.

Bought 9 laptops and elected to collect from their store - which is off the beaten track but really not hard to find. All went well and got them all re-configured and off to their new home the following day. Absolutely no issues encountered. Phones calls were good, friendly service, and their ethos of recycle & refurbish is high commendable. I buy many laptops and previously used a few different suppliers - but I'll be using Blackmore again.
