Pleased with the product. Quick delivery too.

In making my selection It was great to get over the phone advice from someone who clearly knew what they were talking about. The Laptop, a Dell 7400, 2 in 1 arrived promptly, was very well packed and exceeded my expectations in terms of its condition. It seems to work fine (althoughy I am still setting it up).
My rating would have been a solid 5 had it not been the buyer's remorse engendered by getting an e-mail flyer from Blackmore IT, they day after I had made the purchase, offering the same item for £35 less than I paid.

Overall excellent service and I am delighted with the product. Clean machine, mains lead supplied, works out of the box and free delivery.
In the interest of computer geeks like me with 2, 3 or more PCs - I think the spec sheet for desktop PCs could be improved by adding details of motherboard, ie name and model number, format (e.g. ATX or mini) number and type of slots, CPU socket. All helps us make best decisions

I used this company because of the excellent reviews. And I haven't been disappointed. I purchased a laptop online and got a very good price.
There was a slight issue with the wrong specification being sent out.
However I called them and and they sorted it immediately...Arranging for a return and replacement laptop.
Within 24 hours I had the replacement and the original one collected from me. So really impressed with the customer service. Plus the condition of the laptops were excellent.

Look no further if you are looking for a professionally refurbished laptop - get a high spec one for a fraction of the original price. The laptop I received was in amazing pristine condition and yet they only rated it at a B grade. Amazing high standards! It arrived by next day delivery too. On another occasion I had to return a laptop to them - no issue at all and refunded immediately. I have bought from other refurbishing companies before but this is the best in my experience.
