A very quick turn around
I posted my computer to Blackmore IT on Tuesday morning, I had an email to say it was repaired and on its way back on the Wednesday afternoon, and Thursday it arrived back to me. Thank you Blackmore IT, fantastic service.

Blackmore IT donated a laptop to one of my clients who is having huge financial struggles, has a large family and unemployed. They responded very quickly and delivered it within days. This will enable my client to study more easily.

Every process from start to finish was handled quickly and efficiently and the man I spoke to was very friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring.

Great Service
Prompt service. Goods as described. Well packed and arrived undamaged. Especially appreciate that the computer UEFI was ready to receive an OS. Within 20 minutes CachyOS installled without a hitch and up and running. This confirmed that Lenovo Thinkpads are a good match to a Linux OS. Delivery messages were initially a bit confused as the indication was that it would be by Royal Mail but it soon became clear it was actually DHL and tracking worked well.
