I started with a carefully evaluated diet, after half a year I got acquainted and added Black Stuff powder. Admittedly, it still had something to do. What I observed was self-cleaning of the face, I really observed it. It was obvious. Of course, I helped mechanically to make the process smoother. But it was an interesting observation. Black Stuff has helped me with my sweet cravings. My sweet tooth that used be quite a big tooth has now dwindled down to quite a small tooth to almost no sweet tooth :)

I love it! I think it has been already a year I first heard of it and tasted it. The selection of products you can take is wide, either pills, powder or candies. And it really works! I have given BlackStuff as gift to my family as well.

I have been using BS both capsules and powder for a long time and have been notising health improvement since, especially regarding stomach problems.
