I had a bad delivery issue and they became very responsive. After proving I had not received the order, I was given the option to receive a refund or another delivery. I chose the delivery. I received it 2 weeks later. I am thankful because I love their product.

I ordered a pair of shoes and I needed a bigger size. I've never had so much trouble in my life. They have made me feel like a criminal in the process. I'm very unhappy with the customer service at Blake Hampton. I either need more shoes or a refund. Period

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Blake Hampton. The website clearly states that shipping takes 7–8 business days, but it has been almost a month and I still haven't received my package. I ordered these items for a vacation and it has came and gone and still no package.
If there are delays, customers should be notified instead of being left wondering where their order is. Setting expectations that aren't met is frustrating, especially when you've already paid. I expected much better communication and service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this company unless you're prepared to wait far longer than advertised.

I order a pair of shoes from this vendor and i was disappointed in the plastic toe portion of the shoe. The ad stated it was a supported shoe and it is not. It is a cheaply made shoe and i don't recommend. The return is international which means no return. then they offer 30% refund. Really. I purchased the tiger stripe tennis shoe. Size 9. It arrived packed so tightly facing each other that the shoes had black scuff marks on the white toe portion. I will be trashing these shoes. Do waste your money on these shoes from this vendor.

I bought shoes that arrived damaged and of very low quality. They looked ridiculously cheap. I tried to return and wrote multiple emails. Each time I was told how I had to ship overseas. I kept saying I would still like to return but they never told me how. In an email, they basically admitted to me the scam. Now I wear them in the house as a joke and my teenage daughters laugh and laugh. Good thing they were only $50. This company is awful.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company's web site. I received a wrong size in a very poorly packaged bag originated from China, but the addressee on the label is in California . The quality of the shoes is terrible. I requested the refund. They didn't give me any instructions, instead asking me to pay a shipping fee for sending me a correct size shoes. I just wanted to refund, so I asked again. They don't want to give me any return information, this time, they said refund me 20% and keep the shoes! I don't want it. I just needed a full refund. I asked again, they offer 35% refund and keep it! Finally, I received a return address in Turkey along with $40% refund offer. They require the trackable delivery service. The cost of shipping is over $200 according my estimate. There is no way for me to ship it back there. It means, they force me to keep their product, therefore, they don't have to refund me 100%, they can make sales. Basically, this company doesn't offer full refund. Even if it's wrong or damaged or any other reasons. I'd never use this company.

Ordered shoes for my wife and it took about two months to receive, size was wrong so I contacted customer support and they said they can’t take shoes back but would send correct size with shipping fee, so I paid and never received anything and money is missing too.

Awesome customer service. bought a pair of shoes they fit to tight for my original size so they sent me a new pair and I get to keep the old pair and gifted

Sunglasses are advertised as an American brand but they come from China. It will take a long time for you to get the ordered item. I ordered the glasses in 5/15/26 and today 5/29/26 the status still says, "processing order". Terrible.

The biggest mistake of ordering from them. When I ordered I gave my correct size and after waiting for almost a month, I finally got my order but was a size bigger. I wasn't also happy with the quality and the fit. I reached out to customer service so I can return the shoes. Same experienced as the others, you can return but you have to pay for the mailing cost to Turkey, which will probably cost more to mail than the actual shoes! Never, never deal with this company! For one they have bad customer service and their response is always the same and you will never get your money back!

I would give it less than a 1 if possible. I want to return the shes because the picture showed a flat heel and it is a wedge. I am 79 yrs old and can't wear the wedge. They want me to be expensive shipping to return the shoes internationally when they were mailed to me from Texas. Either that or I get around $8 refund that cost me over $43.00. I plan on returning them in the same envelope asking for a refund and if they refund I will dispute the charge with Chase. Crooks.

Got notifications saying my order had been delivered. But I didn't see in mail room. So I notified them, they responded the order had yet been delivered. Came home Sunday afternoon delivery was her. I LOVE MY SHOES. THEY HAVE MY VOTE!!!

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Ordered a pair of sunglasses and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Delivery was really quick, the quality of the sunglasses was far better than expected, and they feel genuinely premium without the ridiculous price tag.

Customer service was spot on as well — really helpful, quick replies, and you can tell they actually care about customers. I also had a question about returns before ordering and the whole process sounded simple and hassle-free which gave me confidence to buy.

Really impressed overall and will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality sunglasses and great service.

They told me they couldn’t give me a full refund because the shipping cost to send it and because they were located in Turkey and not the United States be aware do not do not buy any issues from this company.

I wish these reviews were more public. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have ordered from here. Definitely concerned with the quality of the shoe. They also don’t fit. I inquired about a refund and they wanted to charge $15 for shipping a new shoe when I only paid $7 to ship the original shoe. I only got a 20% refund as thy advised that other return shipping costs would be more expensive. Sharing this so that more people are aware before buying!

I ordered these beautiful heels, and while they ran small, I have been in contact with customer service who has been the utmost helpful. They have been so kind, sent me the correct size and have been in touch to make sure I have the best customer experience. I can’t wait to show off my new shoes!

Do not! I repeat, Do not! purchase anything from this website, shoe smell is terrible, quality is the poorest, I got better quality off Temu and Shein, they requested I return to Turkey or get 20%, I threw the shoes in the trash, you cannot even give it away, looked like something they asked people who take 5 bucks per shoes to make.

The glasses were on a bit of a back order, but wow did I love them when they arrived! Gorgeous blue with very well fitting frames and fantastic lens!
